14Last week, my beloved iPhone 7 died. In a panic, I went to this Verizon store on my lunch break, fully prepared to be annoyed and spend a fortune. Tulsi, the store manager was there, and took care of everything. She managed to get me a discount for my trade-in, and made the whole process painless and kind of fun. She got me the phone I wanted and expertly transferred all my data and I got back to work in time. 10/10 would recommend this store.
Sergey was very fast and efficient! Took care of multiple customers at once and was a pleasure to work with!
If you live on the east side this is an excellent Verizon store to go to. I had to replace my iphone immediately - as the SIM crapped out just 2 hours before an important event - Brian and Roberto, the two employees who assisted me, were empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. Brian was able to explain to me, in detail, what was happening with my phone, what the next steps were, and what the financial breakdown of the fix would be. It took him 30 minutes total to help me purchase and set up my new phone where at other stores I've had to wait for upwards of 1 to 2 hours. Thank you Brian for making my experience stress-free!
Very good prices and very good mobile phones as I have bought 2 from there, I have had them for 2 years and nothing has happened to me, I recommend it

The service is pretty quick and they are very helpful. After getting the run around from 2 different verizon stores and apple, they were able to help me out and get me a phone that no one else seemed to have in stock.very patient as well.
Absolutely terrible. I've never had such a conniving sales associate. They tried to scam me into buying an iPhone 13 by giving me misinformation that they could not activate my phone since it was an older iPhone. The sales associate was rude and dishonest. Not a single associate in the store tried to meet my need as it was clear that they were just interested in their commission. As a loyal customer with Verizon, I was astonished to experience such dishonest sales associates. This should never be tolerated at a Verizon establishment.
Came here for my latest iPhone purchase. Everything seemed to go okay until I received my first Verizon bill. I had paid my “one time new device activation fee” in store, however, there was another one time activation fee on my bill. I called Verizon and they said that it was an authorized retailer that I had gone to and that they are unable to charge the activation fee in store and that it always goes on the bill. So the store charged their own set up fee and acted like it was something bc else….
Jennifer at the store was very helpful in suggesting a new phone and was very patient and attentive to all my questions. She set up the new phone and made sure all the information was transfered and working correctly.
I received excellent service at the NYC store on 2nd Ave and 75th. John was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different plans and phones. He helped me choose the best model and plan for my needs. He also set up my phone and showed me how to use some of the new features.
The best Verizon store I have ever visited, and Albert H.is AMAZING! I went inside to upgrade my phone and have never had a better experience. Albert was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient and personable, and took the time to review all possible upgrade options (and costs) with me, as well as recommend a more sensible phone plan. I love my new phone and am so happy I found this location. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of a new phone or upgrade. Simply put…excellent!
Do not do any phone pickup at this store placed online! Select a Verizon CORPORATE store. They try to sell you an open box (seal is broken on the phone box). So I refused to take this phone but it was already scanned. Then the person did not know how to cancel and it took me several calls to the store and to Verizon customer support to correctly cancel! I have spent hours on getting this fixed, and in my account it kept showing up as picked up when the order did not get cancelled, and these folks are not trained, and it's very poor customer service.
They let go of the most experience employee and left people that don’t know anything or help. Verizon need to do a better job with employees they hire but also people they let go.
