Had problems with new Motorola phones so called this Verizon store and got Jay on the phone and he did everything he could to help us. I appreciate everything he did we got new phones that where compatible with my truck and they did a buyback of the old phones. He is very helpful.

I highly recommend this Verizon Store. I’ve been coming here for years due to the personalized attention and knowledgeable staff. Today was no different. I was immediately greeted by Verizon Representative Cory. Cory assisted in resolving issues I was having with my Orbic Speed Hotspot. Cory was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. He did not waiver in his efforts upon running into some unforeseen complications with the Hotspot. Cory is a true asset to Verizon.

Husnain was such a great help with me today and explained everything to me perfectly. He helped me and my mom with all of our questions. The best.

I've preordered a new phone with a trade-in for my iPhone 13 Pro Max for 1000$ credits and the representative said it would be available at the end of October.
I came back at the beginning of November and asked when I would get my phone.
And the representative said that it was delivered at the beginning of October and it's been sold because they were not able to reach me. And no one from the store tried to reach me. I don't have any missed calls or messages, or emails.
And when I ask to order a new one, the representative said that the Trade-in option is only for 800$ credits instead of 1000 because the promotion is over.
Cannot stay with Verizon after this. And I don't want to spend 200$ more on a mistake of the representatives.

We walked in and were greeted by Liam right away. Although he was the only sales associate on the floor at the time, he juggled everyone with patience and professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different phones, plans and deals. We will definitely be back the next time we need an upgrade. THANKS AGAIN LIAM!
