Walked in to the store and was greeted by Cory. He did an amazing job explaining things to this dinosaur. Any and all questions were answered. Truly a pleasure to work with.

Peter was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my needs and made sure to spend time and effort to communicate with me while he worked out the process of transferring all my information from one device to the new one that I decided to purchase.
The entire staff at this particular location are professional and courteous! I'm so happy to have such a great experience with Verizon once again.

I hate getting a new phone but this place made it easy, very friendly and helpful, I was told I had 30 days if I change my mind and when I changed my mind and brought the phone back, they reconnected my old phone and refunded my money.

I went into Verizon today because my phone did an auto cycled reboot and then died. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do but get a new phone. The associate who helped me was very kind when delivering the bad news and tried his best to recover my data. The situation is less than ideal but the customer service was good!

On July 21st, Jessica Kegelmyer helped me purchase an iPhone 8. She was amazingly helpful and made the whole process move quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new phone.

Joelle and Adam were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to answer all of our questions. Stayed after closing to finish up with us. Offered to go get some accessories from another store and bring to us the ones that they did not have.

Becky Rodriquez went above and beyond in her customer service today. I went into the West Seneca store knowing I needed help in choosing the best phone for my needs. Becky was knowledgeable, kind and took her time with me. I have put off updating my phone because of being overwhelmed with all the chooses. Becky asked the right questiones for the best fit for me. Becky made sure this customer left knowing how to use her phone. A face time with my grandson who is serving in South Korea. Becky assured me to come back to the store if I have any question. I break my phones all the time and always have to come into here to get my services switched. This is the best location by far every single time I get taken care of and out the door in a matter of minutes. Chris, PJ, and Becky have all helped me and all went above and beyond for me and provided excellent customer service and knew exactly what they were doing. I've had bad experiences at other Verizon locations but this one is surely the best and I recommend it to all my friends and family for the great customer service atmosphere and employees!

The customer service is HORRIBLE here. The employees are so unknowlegable. Either that or they're just not willing to help with any questions you may have. They act as if you are wasting their time.

Came to store later in day extremely frustrated as unable to transfer from one Samsung ohone yo replacement.

Stopped by 5 minutes before close with a phone emergency. I use my phone for primarily work purposes so it was necessary I get the problem fixed ASAP. The staff, Ryan and Jessica, were phenomenal and stayed extra late to fix the problem with my old phone and provide me with a new one. Great customer service all the way around.
