Verizon Authorized Retailer — Cellular Sales, Fredonia NY

Went to this store to trade in my old IPhone. Tom Brado took great care of me. He didn’t make any promises that he didn’t keep. My new phone wasn’t is stock so he had to order it. It was there in two days. I went in and he set up my new phone for me. It’s awesome. Works great, no issues. Thanks Tom for doing such a great sale and set up job, explaining how to use the new phone, and for being a professional.

Employee was helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. He was also very patient with me as I tend to be indecisive.

Christopher Morales was the best I have encountered since owning a cell phone he helped us during a very stressful time. On October 14th after 7: 00 p.m. We arrived after my husband had dropped his phone in a creek while washing our grape harvester. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained our options. This was a very good experience with him. The manager? Was VERY rude and not helpful at ALL. I will return as long as I don't have to deal with the manager and can have Christopher wait on me. My review is on the service that Christopher provided.

Ignored me on the way in, cut someone in front of me in the long wait. Only was apologized to when I put the items I wanted to buy back and left.

Awesome and friendly service. They make sure you know about all the costs and when to see them. Very knowledgeable on deals that are going on and what type of phone might suit you best. We were switching over from straight talk and they made the process very easy. Also had a great selection of cases for the phones

Susan Laurie is awesome.she helped me upgrade my phone and my plan. She's very personable and definitely knows her stuff.

We had Aaron as our cell rep. He was enthusiastic, helpful, and funny. My husband got a new phone quick and easy without the extra headaches of pushy salesman stuff. We will be back when I go to upgrade. Thanks for the good service.

Very belittling experience interviewing here a while back. I do not recommend going through an authorized retailer and instead would refer anyone to reach out to an official Verizon representative online or visit an official Verizon location to discuss purchase options that match your lifestyle. The way the "Big 3" authorized retailers are laid out here essentially robs their own employees opportunities for growth over time as they are not officially Verizon. This means you will likely receive a pushy sales experience as a consumer and in the end this business is geared to reach margins and acquire profit; not friends.

I needed help with my parents phones and was kindly helped by Christopher Gullet. He was so patient while figuring out the technical issues with their phone and was able to solve all the problems with them! He was honest and informative! Not like an expected salesman. Best customer service! We will be back and will always request Chris!

I can’t believe how much harder it was to switch from straight talk, much harder then I imagined. But Chris Gullet make the process so much clearer and easy to understand. Definitely would recommend for anyone switching over from another carrier to ask for chris. Easiest process I’ve had dealing with services probably ever.
