Thank you, DARIAN! After not having a phone for 8 hours (it was erased then in SOS mode) and being passed around from Apple, customer service with Verizon, all Verizons closed near grand central. I was told this location had 30 mins until it closed so I raced over in distress of needing help as I couldn't even verify this was my phone with customer service (I couldn't remember pin) and they kept sending me emails to verify but my push notifications were being sent to my cell so I had no way into anything. Darian went above and beyond once she noticed I was literally in a situation that needed someone else to call customer service to give me access. She called customer service to try to explain and stayed on hold with them for over 30 mins and she finally got them to allow me access! I not only left with a working phone right before they closed but she then wouldn't let me leave until she saw everything from my cloud was uploading to my phone. I had tears of happiness bc I couldn't even log into my work computer bc of the push notification, I am forever grateful for what she did. Orianna

Darian was the bomb she helped me resolve an issue with my trade in promo & helped me disconnect my husbands line that I been paying for who had passed away almost a year ago, I am super thankful for her will be coming back to her if I ever need anything!

Employee at this location scammed me at ~1030am on 04 Jan '23.

I lost my SIM while travelling and stopped at this authorized retailer to get a replacement. The lady behind the counter said it would be $37, which seemed like an absurd price, but I was running to an appointment so didn't have time to ask questions and paid.

A few minutes later I received an email from Verizon asking me to complete setup of the Home Device Protect plan I had just enrolled in, and a second email stating that my next bill would have changes. When I clicked through to see what the changes on the bill would be, I saw that a ~$12 one time fee and $25 monthly recurring fee had been added to my bill for Home Device Protect.

Needless to say, at no point did I agree to sign up for this, nor did the employee ask me if I was interested. When processing my new SIM she claimed a tablet was having software issues and used a second one after clicking around on the first. Probably she processed the BS device protect plan on the first tablet.

After I realized what happened and confronted the employee she played dumb and claimed that it was an issue with the tablet program. There's no way this was actually the case, as she quoted me a price that matched the first month's fee of her scam.

I am escalating to Verizon corporate. Regardless, beware of the scummy practices of the employees at this authorized retailer.

Went there on 9/29 at around 1pm and the guy that was there (you know who you are), did some sorcery magic on my phone and it came back to life.

My son had dropped his phone and the screen wouldn't come on. So he looked at it and within a minute it LIVED! Sucks I didn't get his name or I would shout him out properly, but nonetheless, he is a man of the people.

They overcharged me on my new iphone by 150 dollars. They then lied to me saying I can change plans whenever I want on a promotion deal - only to say later that this is not true - leading to me losing the value of the phone I traded in. THEY PREY ON CUSTOMERS. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked for their manager to complain about all this, they say we cannot give our personal information. Complete con artists.

Raven just helped me out seamlessly with switching over from T-Mobile into a Verizon Business Plan. She was knowledgable and fast with getting multiple lines switched over. Someone give her a raise!

Worst experience ever. This is not a real Verizon store. They told me I wouldn’t have a monthly fee for my new phone, but told me after I was finished. You get a better deal and more transparency at a real Verizon store.

I visited this location twice - the first time, I needed to pay off my old (broken) phone and buy a new one. But, they didn't have the model I wanted in stock. Ghazala helped me with the process of paying off the phone and activating a new one very efficiently. A week later, I had purchased the phone I wanted from another source and needed to return the phone I already had (within Verizon's 30-day return window) and activate the new one, and Ghazala again helped me with the process of deactivating the phone I already had for the new one. 10/10 service both times, and would definitely return to this location.

Horrible store was threatening and almost in a fist fight when the owner got into my face the good reviews most of them must be fake have never been treated that way and given the run around for weeks this store is an embarrassment

Sergey immediately assessed the problem and rectified the issue in 2 minutes after I spent 2 hours on the phone with Tech Coach. I won’t go anywhere but to his office if ever a problem again arises

Amazing customer service. I went in to fix my water-damaged phone and Millennium walked me through the process of getting an upgrade, explained it to my mom over the phone, and replaced my data into a new one in less than 2 hours. I walked in with my broken phone and walked out with a new iPhone 13 Pro and it was a very smooth and painless process. Milly and Sergey were so helpful I can't thank them enough.

East 23rd Street Verizon Wireless is an excellent store. Sergey and Bhavya are smart, attentive, knowledgeable and very customer-focused. I'd highly recommend using them for your wireless needs. Overall an excellent experience!

I cannot express my gratitude to this Verizon Store and the assistance I received during the pandemic. I found myself with a phone that was completely broken and I was so grateful that I was able to get help from Bhavya, who works at this store. Bhavya completely put my mind at ease and within a day I had a phone again! The experience and kindness that I was given during this stressful time was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend going here for all of your needs.

"America's largest network" should be embarrassed to be represented by this location. Two workers in a space the size equivalent of a large bathroom and only one of them knows anything about anything. Took 45 minutes to get the competent employee to address my question about tablet service and he can't figure out where the SIM card should go! The second star is only because they were polite. Too bad polite does not equal efficient. I'll go with America's smallest network if it means I can actually get service.

Extremely helpful and quick. Did not tried to sell me new phone unlike other stores. I had interaction with Adam he was absurdly helpful and got me best deal I can get. He even took his time to transfer all my data from broken screen phone amazing without seen screen. I will definitely come back here!

Update: Came back again Feb 2020 & these guys are still GREAT! Dave took care of me today & transferred all my stuff over. These guys are the best.

I want to thank Verizon on 102 E 23rd street, sales representative Sergey Yazvenko, was very professional, very helpful and went above and beyond to get me service with Verizon. I was extremely pleased with the service and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much Sergey.
