Easily the most lit verizon establishment in all the land.absolutely bosses in their selling supafly cellular davices on the regular.upgradin even more cellular devices than you even know.cashin out and makin the earth go 5G g.

I bought a new phone there, paid cash. 6 months later I find out that I'm getting charged a monthly fee for a phone. These guys ripped me off big time. Stay away!

This folks are fantastic! They find ways to do everything I need done - including things that « Verizon » itself told me was impossible. This store is definitely worth a visit even if it’s out of the way for you…

I dread phone issues as much as dental ones. Which, FOR ONCE, I am happy to relay was not the case on Greenwich Street. Raven and German were so nice and so thoughtful and very knowledgeable. They solved my issues in record time and took the time to ensure I was good with my phone and my plan. Wanting to answer all my questions. I got over 10 stars worth of customer service. And no reminder to floss more. Thanks so much you two.

If I can give zero star, I definitely will! The lady who works there is so unprofessional! Worst customer service I have ever! She is supposed to know my phone is not working for Verizon SIM card, but apparently she didn’t. She charged me $32 for a not working SIM card on my phone. When we came back for the refund, she just rolled her eyes and said no refund. So we were charged for $32 for her error.so terrible! Please stay away from this store as much as you can!

Also, they were so unprofessional. When we were in the store, that lady was apprently not working. She was playing her phone by watching video with very loud sound. She even didn’t turn it off when we were in the store.

Not sure who is the owner of this store, but please train your employees with basic working ethic and knowledge. At least they need to know what they are doing

This store is a scam. Be warned that they charge $250 “third party vendor fee” on their iPhones… over advertised Verizon and Apple Store prices. Their shirts and signs say Verizon, but they are not… actually something called Best Wireless. STAY AWAY

UPDATE Here is the owner’s response to my complaint: Customer filed complaint that the price of the device he purchased was $749 compared to Apple's listed pricing of $449. The Customer shared examples of Apple's website as well as pictures of our site. We are not an Apple location, we are an Authorized Verizon retailer, As such we have to sell devices above MAP pricing but our prices are not set by Verizon. ”

Totally ripped me off. Charged me over $300 in extra fees that I did not agree to, and did not disclose details of the contract. Messed up my phone too. Do not go here, con artists. The worst consumer experience of my life.

Franny Geraldo helped me close a deal on a galaxy z fold, migrating from ios to android can be a little scary, but if you come to this location and talk to Franny she will make the process a breeze! Thanks for your help and patience.

Best Verizon shop in ALL of NYC! Reason being. Zach! Not sure of his last name, but he’s the 20 something wavy brown haired sweetheart of a human being!

Affable, helpful, smart, fast, efficient TOTALLY fluid with all the ins and outs of all things phones, tablets, protector screens, software, hardware.you name it Zach is 100% fluid with whatever your needs may be at Verizon and gets to the root of your issue STAT!

Monty was incredibly helpful. I went into this Verizon location with a completely shattered phone that did not work at all. While I was panicking, Monty was patient and solution oriented the entire time. He solved all of my problems seamlessly and truly looks out for the customers needs. I walked out of that Verizon store with a new phone and a smile on my face! Impeccable customer service. Highly recommend.

Went down to start a basic family plan for 5 members. Asif helped us out and he did an outstanding job. We took 2 hours to get everyone’s numbers sorted out (no fault of Verizon’s; we reached the store at different times, none of us are US citizens, so identity verification took a while + we were all porting our numbers over from 5 separate providers, each with their own tricky processes) but Asif remained patient and cheerful throughout, expertly handling our 5 separate sets of problems simultaneously while also managing to cater to other walk-in customers without making any of us wait for more than a minute. Great dude. Thanks, we appreciate it!

I’ve been trying to avoid having to write a negative review, however, after my experiences with this Verizon store I feel I should share so that it hopefully doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was initially very excited about Verizon. Sadly, right away I was hit with additional fees. The rep that helped me left this information out of our discussion and even hand wrote my future bills excluding these additional costs. I was told these were standard for all phone carriers. This is inaccurate. AT&T would not charge these fees. After 6 weeks of communicating with this store, I finally received some of the fees back. At this point, I was leaning towards 3 stars because of some of the miscommunication that happened in those 6 weeks. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a frustrating relationship with Verizon. This very store ended up purchasing 5 iPhones to my account, for another customer that would be delivered within a few days. I immediately went to the store to confront them about this mistake. I was told the customer had a similar sounding name as me, and therefore, had access to my personal information and had the ability to order this on my name. I received a call a few days later from the store that it was handled and removed from my account. It wasn’t. I decided to contact Verizon directly. They said it was still on my account and had to handle it for me. I had to confirm via email that it wasn’t my purchase. This was another 2 weeks of having to ensure I wouldn’t be charged. I have not been charged for them yet, but I still have it on my app and it’s shown as ‘undeliverable. ’ Lastly, this was not my last frustration with Verizon. This very store has now ran a credit check on me 3 times. I have not been to their location or called them in weeks. However, towards the end of February this store did random credit checks on me and Verizon emailed me to inform me. This store does not help to protect personal information and takes weeks to months to resolve issues. They make me feel like they have it taken care of when I am in the store, but have failed to follow through. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with their service. So again, I’m back to contacting Verizon to understand why my credit was ran three days in a row at this location.

Has, Brian and Ishaat were excellent. They helped me with my issue in no time. They were clean and organized. Overall a great experience and recommend to anyone who needs help with their phone or anything wireless.
