These guys were so great! They came and emptied the septic at the house we just purchased. They noticed something needed to be replaced and did it for me without any questions asked. Super quick, on time and professional. I’m really grateful. Thanks you guys!

Was told they would be here a 730am. Called at 805am and was told I was put down for a AM appt.by the same woman (Julie) that I spoke with originally. Just take the calls, schedule and do not even care or listen to whomever your speaking with. Great! You people have messed my whole day up and I will never and actually will do what ever I can to persuade other people from using Vern Vallance. We have lives too! You did not even deserve the 1 star but had to in order to post this. Mark

Vern Vallance was recommended to us and we were more than pleased with how quickly Scott and Sarah responded. They not only pumped out our septic system (1300 gal) which was terribly high, but they unclogged the main which had a bad build up and saved us an additional service call. They went above and beyond our expectations. Scott and Sarah were very professional, polite and the service was very affordable. I recommend Vern Vallance to anyone that is looking for professional septic service.

I called Vern Vallance from the Internet and the reviews that were written. I am a Realtor and had an issue at a house ready to be listed for sale. I called the company for a second opinion on a potential issue with the septic system. Scott, from Vern Vallance called back within the hour, happened to be close to where this house is. He offered to go take a look, determined it had no issues and was able to pump out the system while there. He was a wealth of information, easy to tell he has done this for a long time. The owner of the house avoided a massive misinformation from another company. The price to pump out was very reasonable. This is my "go to" septic company if I ever need service in the future. Honest and fair!
