2 I had a wonderful experience living in Vernon Tower and have seen many units in the building. The layouts of the units are all very unique and carefully designed for optimal space. Management keeps the building SPOTLESS. I’ve never had an issue with receiving packages and mail. This place truly felt like home to me and I always felt safe.
The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is listed as a luxury building but they could have more updated amenities since there are many luxury buildings being built in the area. If the rent continues to be raised but no additional features are being offered, it’s hard to retain tenants.
Overall had a wonderful experience living here!
I been in the building for three years yes clean but when it comes to the people with city programs the treatment is different, we have to wait long periods before we’ get things done. Most likely we ignore.
