I found Vern on a Google search to get my first ever bowling ball drilled out. I live in Southern Onondaga County, and he was DEFINITELY worth the trip. Personal care, kind, funny and generous. I have been to his place 3 times now. He is truly into helping you become a better bowler. Never pressures you into a certain bowling ball or tries to get you to spend more. Every ball he drills feels the same. I recommend to anyone to go there. Also take the time to listen while he working on your ball. He is always giving free pointers while he works. You can't beat the prices and the information he provides. My scores have greatly improved because of him. I have even cashed in more tournaments since I have been to Vern's. Great guy and great service. What else do you need.

From time I walked in his shop he was funny and friendly A-1 customer service he honestly there for the love of the game he gave me pointers to help my game out over all he was a great guy and recommend anyone looking for a ball to go see him I never leave comments on anything but this guy deserves it helped me pick out a great ball for me
