8Go here with the fam often. Super stroller/wagon friendly. Do have to keep an eye out for those bikers. But its pretty straight and flat, at least the parts that we've done. I think it can get minor elevated but nothing to worry. Quite do able, safe with people around, lots of dogs.
Great place. Trails are kept neat. New benches are nice for older folks like me. Needs another Subway.or Jersey Mike's.
My favorite place to get exercise! Well marked walking trail.great for individuals and families!
First time here, absolutely enjoyed it, clean and saw a little turtle among other wild critters. Going to make this my walking spot.
The problem I have with this trail is the bike traffic!

Excellent trail.it's actually a paved road. Restrooms at the east end are great. Theres a play ground with Vestal Volunteer Emergency Squad within 100 yards of the swings and picnic gazebo
We love the rail trail it's a great place to go and be outside on a walk or stop at the park.
I love the rail trail a lot of kids dogs and people, but there is a roller blade person going in and out of everyone and going I think more than 10mph. Very dangerous.
The other side of road behind cvs and big lots that is so much clearer of people babies n dogs. Would be safer for everyone if she roller blade over there.
