Read the plaques, read the names and admire the shrine to each life lost. Tragic, yes. Great Pride in those Nassau County Heroes, Each n every one. G-d Bless them and their families
It's a huge park that offers a lot of entertainment during the warm months. This is a monument dedicated to veterans of wars the US fought in Asia.
A remembered heroic men never forgotten been part of this magnificent county is what move our Hearts and be prepared to any events.
As a veteran this place is awesome unfortunately its hidden with very little signage to help find it even with a GPS SYSTEM.
You keep going in circles.
Otherwise the place is absolutely beautiful and needs to be published to the community and people in the area. Very good place to meditate and pay respect to the many fallen heroes from all branches of the military.
Can used alot of donations and support from the community, local vendors and visitors.
