Love this park has all amenities of a regular park and any kind of sport court including horse shoe puts, pickle ball and all your reg baseball, soccer and basketball courts. Also a big playground for all sizes with a bathroom right in the center. Its a little outdated but it's not the worst I've ever seen. Plenty of shelters, parking and handicap accessible on all sides
We have our family reunion here every year and never been dissapointed. They have grills and power in all the shelters but they book fast so if your planning an event next year u might wanna book now.

Nice beginners disc golf course around a small city park. Playground, ballfields, horseshoe pits, fishing, and picnic areas.

It's a Tonawanda staple! Has always been one of my favorite parks as a kids to visit and is now my children's. The park is always pleasant, clean and spacious.

I have many relatives & friend's who served in this conflict. I always remember them in my heart. I received my draft paper's in 1971-72. I was set to enlist in the Navy when the draft was abolished. I went to college & started working. Later in life I tried to enlist in the Army but my blood pressure was too high.
I'm 68 now and wish I had the honor of serving in the Armed Forces. That's my story.
Photo I took of the Peace Bridge 2 weeks ago.

I would give this place all five stars if not for the mosquitoes. I'm not a veteran but I am a fan of parks, and this one is pretty cool!

Visited The Wall That Heals, along with a steady stream of visitors paying respect for those who gave their lives. Many volunteers along the way, from parking lot entrance, to the grounds, offering assistance for the visit. Several displays with information and people to guide. Moving and meaningful.

I went to pay respects at the Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall. I found a spacious park with several pavilions, a public restroom, Frisbee golf buckets and a hopscotch court. That was only the front part of it.

This is where we saw the " Wall " plenty of room to set it up, perfect venue to remember the Vietnam era and all those who never came home. ️.

I went to see the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall today. What a moving tribute it is to all the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Also, the brave men and women who lost their lives years after the war was over. My heart is so broken for the way they were treated upon arrival back into this country. Just shameful. Thank you for the volunteers who dedicate their time to make sure we never forget them.

It was amazing, andi cried. Thinking about all the men and women that lost their lives for our freedom, and all of the pictures and mementos, like boots and dog tags and letters just broke my heart. God Bless each and everyone of them that fought for us and their families.

I effing love this park lol because it honors those who serve and as a veteran it's nice to see those few honored. Great park all around. From the memorial to the baseball fields, alot of open space. So much room for activities lol. Not to mention the city takes great care of it.

Fun place, my kids love it here. There's almost always other kids for them to play with so they have a great time.
