Veterinary Center of East Northport

We’ve been patients of Dr. Gantt for over 5 years and I couldn’t recommend him enough, he is so kind, professional and very knowledgeable. We unfortunately had to put our dog down last week and Dr. Gantt along with the rest of his staff were very comforting and compassionate!

I honestly love everything about the Vet Center of East Northport. I feel there is no better place for my pets. I have taken my dogs there for nearly 20 years and wouldn’t change a thing. From the Vet techs and front desk, to the Doctors who care for my pups, they all go above and beyond so that we feel at home and receive the best care possible pet care. Dr. Barros is wonderful every single time! She has been there for us in good times and in bad, and never falls short when it comes to giving our dogs her all. Thank you!

Conflicting information constantly. Different answers re procedure and prices from each person you speak to. Two stars because while they speak over you, they do so in a polite tone.

Always a pleasant visit. I love how you give options for treatment plans and explain everything.

I love this Veterinary Center. Everyone in this place is so friendly and nice! This office gives your pet/pets the best care as they possibly can.

Dr. Pilero is a kind, caring knowledgeable veterinarian. She has been spot on for multiple diagnoses with 2 dogs over years as patient owner.
Staff is very friendly and they follow up on all requests.
I highly recommend Dr. Pilero and the Vet Center of East Northport.

Been seeing dr piliero for years for 2 dogs and 2 cats.she cured one of my cats of diabetes and saved one of my dogs lives from cancer.shes a literal miracle worker.the rest of the team is great as well.not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.and when your pets life is in question you pay whatever it takes.at the end of the day, they are very fair.

Dr. Gantt is a truly amazing veterinarian. My youngest dog is a sensitive anxious baby, and Dr. Gantt's calm confident energy noticeably helps him relax during exams. I truly appreciate the way Dr. Gantt takes the time to explain what is going on with my dog and answer my questions too. The entire staff there is wonderful.

First time there. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed but I can totally relate. I work in retail and deal with the public all day long. Not Easy! But overall my puppy is happier than ever.

We have been using the Veterinary Center of East Northport for over 15 years. The staff has been nothing but stellar. They always take care of our precious ones with the highest regard. Highly recommend!

Careless and disrespectful.can’t keep up with aging animals.regardless of being with them 15+ years.definitely just in it for the money & not the animals.

I was impressed with the timeliness of the appointment (no waiting), the care and compassion of the support staff and vet, the way they made our dog feel totally comfortable in a new environment, and the thoroughness of the exam. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicated a host of important information and advice to ensure the well-being of my dog. I've already recommended this center to friends and family.

It's a good place. Easy to get through on the phone, easy to make an appointment. Prices are comparable to other veterinarians in the area.
Staff is friendly, the office is clean. Plenty of parking.
The rooms are a good size.
They are still only letting one person in with the pet to keep risk of infection spread to a minimum. This is fine if you pet is ok with just one of you with them, my cat needs two of us to comfort him.
The rooms are not very sound insulated so any noise from outside could potentially startle your pet.

The doctor and her assistant were both kind and patient and my puppy responded to them so well!
