Wonderful pamper me day which included an overnight stay at the hotel. Facial and message was so amazingly relaxing.a facial by Allie highly recommended! Dinner at the Marco Polo did not disappoint.the ministrone soup left me wanting more! All in all this was just a truly a fun time!

My boyfriend and I stayed her over NYE weekend. I was extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. Due to a careless mistake, my debit card was stolen from the hotel lobby bathroom. Though it was an accident, I felt that management did not take the incident seriously. When we spoke with him the next morning, he laughed, did not show empathy. The stress of having to cancel payments, the card, etc.was quite stressful. I also felt very violated It would have been appreciated if we were offered a free drink or even a lunch before we left the hotel.

Wonderful experience here! The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and nicely kept.

This hotel is good. Got a great couples massage the food is great. The arrival was also great because valley parked the car for us.

I was just upset because our food was being delivered to the room late and would be cold wen it arrived, good thing we had a microwave in our room. And the fact that they did not have Corona beer when its on the Menu. The cleaning room service employees were complaining about their jobs infront of us, I did not appreciate that. Lastly we got the wrong room because it was not what I wanted, the hotel was good at handling the problem and provided us a different room right away.

Still it's a great hotel& spa regardless of the small annoying incidences. We were celebrating our anniversary.

For years, I've frequented the Viana Hotel and Spa, hosting events and renting rooms, and it remains my top choice. The staff consistently shines with their warmth and professionalism. My daughter had the most perfect sweet 16 you could ever ask for. Erin the Catering Sales Manager and the rest of the staff didn't not skip a beat from booking the most beautiful overnight rooms to the most beautiful Catering room for my daughters sweet. It was stress free and the most professional people I have ever met to handle my daughter's sweet 16. I am going to definitely book my younger daughter's sweet in the near future as well as other events in the future. The staff ran everything so smoothly. The food is out of this world delicious. They did an amazing Catering to vegan and gluten free and anyone with allergies. My family and I had the most amazing experience at the Viana. From the bartender, the security guard, front desk, catering and all staff did an amazing job

My room smelled like cigarette. If you check early don't expect to receive a bill until way later in the day

Excellent location for what I wanted it! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was amazing. Everyone was pleasantly surprised.

Erin, the manager was able to give us an early check-in, even though, I booked the day before for a Saturday. She upgraded the room to a suite as well. We used the Vianna for a wedding block a couple of months ago. It was a wonderful experience working with her then, as well. The hotel is clean and well taken care. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel. It was my first time staying here and I was very impressed. The rooms are beautiful and the A/C was strong (love it). Our room was on the top floor so it came with free breakfast - which was delicious. The chef even cooked me my own separate eggs because I have a food allergy! Will definitely be coming back here.

Awesome old school hotel. Very cool place to stay for my long layover. Airline put me up in here because my flight got cancelled due to weather. I picked this one instead of the holiday inn option and I’m glad I did. Clean, luxurious, friendly staff. I run an Airbnb and I forget how luxurious a hotel stay can be. This was an excellent place for me to decompress after a stressful day of flying and flight cancellations. 5/5 would stay again.

The staff was nice for the most part but they screwed up on my friends room for our wedding event and acted like they wete being nice by helping fix their own mistake. The hotel bar is meh and expensive. The rooms seem outdated and there was alot of little damage everywhere. The size of the suits and layouts and all arbitrary. One of the elevators was super slow opening and closing and 3 separate times had a pool of water in it. The only reason I picked this for my wedding hotel was because my venue recommended them, it was the closest to the venue and we got a group rate discount. There are nicer hotels for the same price.

Everyone was great, my issue is the advertisement for the pool and upon checking in I come to find out that you are only allowed 30 minutes and are required to make a reservation. I only book at hotels that have pools for my granddaughter who loves swimming so I suggest do not advertise the pool if it not accessible.

I loved it. We were out up here by Delta when our flight was diverted. It's 30 minutes (min rush hour) to 90 minutes (rush hour) from JFK, but I feltmit was a great choice as the hotel is just lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. No one likes to have their travel plans blown up, but Delta did the right thing and well without scrimping IMO by putting us up there. I'd certainly stay there under other circumstances too. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. The first time was for my bachelorette party- spajama package, which was great! Recently, my husband and I stayed overnight and did the couples massage, which was one of the best ones I ever had! We had Vicky and Cathy for the massage. Also, the Marco Polo restaurant was beyond my expectations for a hotel! We got the stuffed egg rolls, chicken Milanese, and I got the Viana burger. All delicious! The bar has many choices to choose from as well. The game room was also fun with many board games to choose from.

We booked my son's wedding block here because it was close to his wedding venue at Soundview caterers in Bayville. After checking out a few of the hotels nearby, we chose the Viana because it was clearly not a typical chain hotel. We have had three weddings in the past few years and this is by far our favorite. The bridal suite was perfect and the staff set up a surprise for after the wedding in the suite. Some of our guests loved the pillows and linens so much, they ordered them for their own homes. Erin and Alexis were extremely helpful every step of the way. We also have to mention that the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We wound up having the goodbye brunch the day after the wedding at the Viana. The room was beautifully decorated and our guests really enjoyed the buffet. The service was amazing and they made sure the food was hot and replaced when running low. They also did not rush us out of the room when our time was up. Erin and Alexis continued to be helpful even after all the guests had left. The bride forgot a few things and they were able to find everything. The Viana is truly a first class experience!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We booked the Viana for our wedding block! The staff was so kind and accommodating when it came to anything we needed.

We worked with Erin who made sure not only our stay was perfect, but she also made sure my guests were happy as well. She checked in with me to see if there was anything else I needed. She answered all my emails within 5 minutes. Erin literally went above and beyond. So easy to work with. I had no worries! I knew I was in great hands.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We ate there the night before the wedding. Our family and friends ate there as well, and they were all raving!

After our wedding, we had an open bar and ordered food through the restaurant. The staff checked in every couple hours and updated us on the bar tab so there were no surprises. The bartenders and waiters were AMAZING! Friendly and very attentive.

We had brunch the next day and all of our guests raved about the hotel and food!

During checkout, Takir, the general manager was in the lobby. He greeted all my guests and asked how their stay was.

I have absolutely no complaints. From the second I checked into the Viana on a Wednesday until I checked out on Sunday, everything was absolutely perfect!
