Vibe Salon, Williamsville NY

For a place that prides itself on having a great vibe, all I got was treated with rudeness and disrespect, both in my initial visit and the response from management when I brought it up. I never even made it to the service, but this team preaches a different message than they presented me with.

I tried to schedule an appointment with them and the receptionist bluntly lied to me that she’ll put my name on some sort of waiting list, but didn’t even bother to ask for my name of phone number (my caller id is off). Extremely rude. I don’t care how good you are - being a jerk to potential client is saying alot about this place.

Love Kelly and everyone at this salon. Nothing but good vibes and great stylists.

I love this place, I tend to show up unannounced, searching for Kelly (like I always do when I get the chance) She seems to really enjoy this. She is the best 48 year old hairdresser in town. I know because she told me, eleven seperate times. I Love Vibrate salon!
