I bought a 2020 Ram Big Horn. I came in late on a Saturday not sure I really wanted to buy the truck. I had a car that I hated but it got me where I needed to be. We have another Ram pick up so I knew what I was driving. Brendon and Dave were so easy and nice. They gave us numbers that we could work with and came to terms. Because it was past closing on a Saturday and winter storm was raging. All was tabled until Monday morning. A deal was stuck and I picked up my new truck on Tuesday. We were in and out in about 20mins with the keys in hand. This process could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend Victor CDJR for your families needs.

I just recently had the BEST experience at this dealership! I traded in my Chevy for a Jeep and can’t talk enough of how amazing Kevin and Carmen were. Everyone is extremely professional and very welcoming. I’m definitely the type of person that gets overwhelmed with the transition of vehicles but the employees here made it so smooth for me. Seriously can’t thank them enough and will for sure recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle!

This place is amazing they make you feel like family they have snacks, hot coffee, hot, chocolate, cozy waiting room. Do not buy from Kevin, he lacks honesty and integrity. He is pushy and does not value the customer’s time. Although the service department has done good mechanical work on my trucks in the past, someone in 2021 smoked in my truck (with a car seat in the back) while it was in the shop.

Everyone is very helpful and kind. They gave me exactly what I needed for my trade and a great price for my new truck! This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from them this year and highly recommend for buying a vehicle here!

Victor CDJR It’s not only the best Chrysler dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life it’s the best car dealership experience I’ve ever dealt with period! First of all, their new accommodations are absolutely state of the art!
It’s the most state of the art dealership you’ll ever walk into for starters. Not only did I get the best price ever on tires for a non-Chrysler product, but they also offered to come and pick me up since I didn’t have transportation to the dealership after the work was done.
How often does that perk show up?

The bottom line is that I got tires that I didn’t think I would be able to afford that turned out to be a super deal since it was a buy three get one free. There was no other tire dealership in Rochester offering the same thing.

Hats off to the entire dealership and know that I will be back in soon to get new tires for my Pacifica.
And after having purchased three vehicles at VICTOR CDJR, there’s no turning back!

I have taken my 2019 Ram here for 3 years. Today I was notified they could not do a state inspection, the tint on the windows was too dark. Originally purchased the truck from Penn Yan and had it serviced since by Victor. There was never an issue. Took it down the road to another shop, they chuckled, inspected it, no issues present. They have lost my business, glad I am in the market for a new truck. Would I buy here?

I had a terrible experience buying from Victor Ram, Jeep in Victor NY. I bought a used Subaru and was told by the sales man the car would leave with all issues resolved. It had a crack windshield and when I came to pick the car up it wasn’t fixed. I should have walked away from the deal, that is my fault but was told it’s no big deal and they would send someone out to repair it asap. This did not happen, it took lots of calls missed to two days of work to get it done a week later, because no one showed up when they said they would. I had to reach out to glass place myself to schedule service. Then it had a void inspection sticker on it from the repair. I then took it it Subaru not trusting them after many calls to get the windshield fixed. It needed a $1000 worth of work, back brakes were shot (should have never passed inspection) and ball joints and new inspection which the $2500 warranty they sold me would not cover since it was deemed pre-existing condition. Victor ram jeep refused to contact me regarding this. I called them many times to speak with the owner or store manager and was given the run around and no one ever called me. This was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, service seems disorganized and feel lied to by Kevin the salesman. I would rate my experience a 0 if I could. I was clear with the salesman that I will do my best to let as many people I know not buy from here and have to deal with the same experience, frustration and financial hardships that we are going through.

Kevin (sales) was great from start to finish. They were patient with driving multiple models and test fitting our car seat. We made a great deal and felt well taken care of from the start. We took delivery the next business day and love our new jeep!

Overall a decent experience however the main thing I went in for and waited for was my year inspection.the vehicle is only a year old. Went to leave and I paid for everything. However no new inspection sticker or inspection. I went back in and they apologized and fixed the issue after another 15-20. Makes me wonder if the oil change was done. But they did fix it and the staff was great new building. But I do question going back

What a great dealership. We were in Rochester from out of town and SOOO grateful that they fit us in for service on our truck. The dealership itself is beautiful, they were kind and welcoming and our service rep automatically checked to see that we were under extended warrantee and the visit cost us nothing! I walked the lot while I waited and a HUGE selection of jeeps too.

Buying my vehicle at Victor Chevrolet was one of the smoothest deals I've ever had. They were kind and considerate and took my situation and made it better so I could purchase a vehicle from them. Jerry was a fantastic sales person and I recommend the dealership and Jerry very highly.

Service department should be ashamed of themselves. I went last week to get my engine light fixed,
and they said the appt.was to diagnose it when actually I was there a week before that and they diagnosed it. When I made the first appt, they said it would take two hours, but when I went last week they said 4 hours. I made another appt. 6/14, and I dropped it off the night before and my appt.was 8 am. It's now 3 p.m. And they don't have it done. They also said I could have a loner, which never happened. I'm never going back.don't even apologize cause there is no excuse.

Don’t know where to start regarding my experience with Victor CDJR. I recently purchased a used Corvette. Everyone on the staff was enormously helpful, Kellie who assisted by phone (I live outside Buffalo) to Kevin Renna my salesperson to the business manager. Low pressure, helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was fairly priced and the experience was great. Further, this company has integrity, something that’s in short supply too often. I say that as during the vehicle inspection the technician discovered dry rot on the inside of the tires. I would never have known. Instead of ignoring the issue or advising I’d need to replace the tire Victor CDJR replaced all of them at no charge. Not a cheap thing to do. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity look no further.

Great staff and owners. Just purchased my 2021 ram 1500 trx from Victor cdjr on 5/22/23. Absolutely love the truck. Everyone from receptionists, to the owner were very friendly and helpful. No Hassel or pressure at all. They all made sure I was comfortable being there and comfortable
with the price and financing options that were available to me. Brendon (my salesmen) was more than helpful and stayed late on a Saturday with me, the owner, the manager, and the finance manager (Dave) to get me a better deal that worked best for me. Totally worth the 4 hour drive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a great vehicle from great people.

Personally one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had from a dealer. I am not a fan of when I’m pressured and being swarmed when I am looking to purchase a vehicle. This dealer let me go at my own pace and offered help only when I asked if I would like to test drive a vehicle. Jordan my sales rep did a fantastic job of getting me into a vehicle that suited my everyday needs. Also not to mention David the finical manager did an amazing job searching for banks that would help suit payments that were right for me.
