Victor Furniture, Rochester NY

Contacted this company about gaps in my floor as they did the original work in my new build. At first they said they would call back but never did. After two weeks called them again and was promised follow up but it never happened. The service department has no customer service skills and just keeps giving us the runaround.

Once again Igor and team has helped us with our flooring needs. We previously used Victor Furniture for our basement flooring and to finish out our first floor. We now are going with new flooring on our entire first and second floor for a different look. The staff was very helpful and informative. Great work!

Updating as I was finally able to get a hold of someone. Hoping the rest of the process goes smoothly. Well - trying to get a hold of this company for a week. ZERO call backs.

Horrible all around experience. We built a home and unfortunately Victor flooring was the flooring contractor. Everything about the experience with them was horrible. Don’t stand behind their work, unresponsive, pass blame on the other trades, owner Igor is horrible to deal with and not a good customer-oriented business owner. Rude and only concerned about himself not customer satisfaction. Would never choose them for anything voluntarily.

Absolutely horrible owner to deal with! Had a recliner chair that we had a problem with and he just kept blowing us off and never took care of an issues. They had some beautiful furniture and the sales people were good but as soon as we had a problem everything changed. Never returned our calls after several attempts. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Victor furniture with that kind of customer NO service.
