The average wait time is 2 hours to be seen.
The wait time is so long that every time I’ve been here I’ve had to stand at some point because there aren’t enough seats. In fact I’m writing this review after watching two, one hour shows on Netflix and I’m standing because the waiting area is out of seats.
I’ve been bringing my grandmother here for about a year. We’ve come to a total of 5-8 appointments. Each time We’ve waited at least 1.5 hours but mostly 2.5 hours. When the doctor and the nurses do see my grandmother, the interaction is about 25 minutes. The doctor is good but I’m not a professional.
It just seems that we wait way too long and get put into an appointment that always feels rushed.

I liked the doctor, since she seemed knowledgeable and personable, since she took the time to communicate with me thru the patient portal a few weeks later. But unfortunately the office staff is inept and unprofessional for many reasons. I had picked this doc as my PC physician based on my insurance. I had a first visit a few weeks ago.the office is in a strange area of Rego Park, I got lost trying to find it b/c they don't make it clear where their office is so it's confusing. The waiting area has very few chairs and it's dirty. I waited over 45 minutes before I went to the front area to tell the receptionist I had to leave if I'm not seen which was true and all of a sudden that lit a fire under these people to attend to me and I was seen 5 minutes later. I wouldn't go back and with a clear conscience I can't recommend this doctor.

Dr Bellot showed exceptional care and attention. Nice too.
