Victoria's Secret & PINK, New York NY

It says it’s open on here and their website and if you call - as of October 2020 it is not open at all.

Just arrived at the 5 ave store @ 51 street, which is closed,

The website shows this location open @ 10 am; phone does not indicate closing either.

No wonder they are closing 250 stores

Poor communication/customer service after I came all the way here in rain; will shop elsewhere for what I need.

A great place to go if you want to compensate your wife, because you spent too long time in the Hard Rock Cafe

It’s hard for us mens who are following our wifes most of the time.

There’s no seats in the shop let them the time to enjoy their shopping. To bad

I was appalled at the selection of "clothing. " I had seen my grand-daughter get a text about going here to get something for her boyfriend. I decided to come in to get her a giftcard for her upcoming birthday. What I walked into was not the store I was expecting. Far off from a nice book store.

The best Victoria's Secret store I've ever been to. It's 3 floors of beauty. It's clean, it's well organized, and I didn't get a single weird look for browsing with my boyfriend.

The third floor is especially cool as it is a display of the Victoria Secret Fashion show designs with explanations, videos of the making, and pictures of them being worn. There's also a pretty sweet photo op with these large black VS angel wings!

It wasn't too crowded when we went, but it was also a very rainy day and we visited late at night (it was close to our hotel).

Nice store. Although Victoria may be a bit men friendly. Have something nice for the waiting man, a chair or a cup of coffee maybe

There are plenty of sales staff available to help, but I would recommend Zaria.has a great personality, knowledge of the product and was a lot of fun to shop and talk with. It's very nice to be able to buy here

Don't be shy to ask shop assistant for help - they love it and don't forget to mention them at the till:)

A typical VS store. The good thing is is is FOUR huge floors.

I'm personally not a fan of their cheap quality of their material. However, great place if you like VS in general.

Walked in expecting the typical Victoria's Secret set up at a local run down mall only to be surprised by the store's opulence. Four floors of pure elegance. You'd be lucky to find a clogged toilet in NYC, but Victoria's Secret had bathrooms within bathrooms! Plus they doors closed completely so no one could see me taking a dump. Highly recommend and I'm a 20 year old dude
