Victory at Syracuse

Victory at Syracuse is the best! Their customer service is a great part of what they do. They truly care about the students that live in their establishments, as well as constant giveaways to their residents. Lauren, Maddy, Kaaliyah, and Zach are all fantastic and I highly recommend all students to live in their apartments. Victory FTW!

Victory showed my roomates and I really promising attributes from the getco. As soon as we expressed our interest, they were very communicative with open house events, promotional offerings, and many other enticing opportunities for us to make the smartest decision for college housing.

I’ve been dealing with Maddy at the leasing office about an apartment and she has been super helpful in the process! I would highly recommend living here!

Compared to other off-campus housing by Syracuse University, Victory has the best locations and much more reasonably priced. It’s hard to find upgraded apartments at a reasonable price in Syracuse. Madeline has been very resourceful in helping me look into options. I would recommend looking into victory.

Victory Syracuse is awesome! The staff are very responsive and helpful when you have questions, especially Maddy!

Im looking for an apartment for next year and came across Victory. The apartments are brand new and look really nice! The staff has been extremely helpful, Maddy is very quick to respond and answers all my questions.

Victory at Syracuse is the most affordable student housing in the area and will be brand new. They also have the best locations all around campus. Maddy at the office has been helping me find a place and has been very nice and helpful.

The staff in the office are amazing and they always go above and beyond! Maddy, Kaaliyah, Jessica, Lauren, Zach, Tim and Dan couldn't be a better group for Victory at Syracuse!

I am currently leasing through Victory on Comstock Ave and couldn’t be more happier! The apartment is great and the staff is amazing! Instead of getting my mail sent to my apartment I have it sent to the Victory office and the team there couldn’t be better! They are very friendly and constantly help me with all my needs! I definitely recommend leasing through victory!

Victory at Syracuse is where you want to live as an upper class SU student. They have awesome locations, solid rent, and now that they’re all renovated I think it’s a steal for off campus housing. Most of these apartment complexes around campus will charge you double the rent. Live with victory, you won’t regret it. Fun staff too

This is an awesome place to rent from. They are very professional, love their updated renovated apartments and I am so excited to move in this upcoming year! All the employees are so welcoming and really have your best interest at hand and are there to help with anything you need. They also are very in touch with all of their residents and often offer giveaways and other fun stuff! This is completely different from where I currently live and so it is safe to say I am more than excited to move in!

I appreciate the quick responses and kindness from the leasing staff. Maddy has been very helpful and has helped me answer any questions I have! The new property at Victory looks amazing and brand new, I can't wait to see the new apartments!

I wish I would’ve looked into this place before renting with them, and one star is being generous in my opinion. Apparently, they don’t inform renters that “Apt #1” means a BASEMENT apartment where it’s easy for bugs to get in (spiders I’ve never seen before, millipedes, etc) and be exposed to black mold (had to move into another unit immediately). Not only that, maintenance will do below the bare minimum to fix a bug issue and in some cases, won’t even do what you ask them to. It was also hard to get a hold of them via phone or email, especially when the website to pay rent/do a maintenance request started acting funny. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience with Campus Hill and I’m glad I got to move out.

Mice living all throughout our apartment, management shows up unannounced all the time for useless things, emails about tours or apartment checks were hardly EVER sent out. We were very annoyed living through CampusHill and will never house with them again.

Worst company ever. Spammed me with debt collection notices for 2 years after moving out for no reason to intimidate me and take money. Horrible communication from management

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. My experience here has not been the best. Not only did I see one of the maintenance guys (Tim) talking unprofessionally about me on my ring camera, but the rent is atrocious for a 1 bedroom, they’ve sent me 16 emails of “Notice of Entry” and have entered my personal space without me being there, I’ve complained about my heat not working for 2 months (yes I counted how many times I’ve put in a work order[15]) and they finally fixed it after I refused to pay them until it was fixed as it was unlivable. Mind you it was below freezing when they finally fixed it.the plumbing is also terrible, when I mentioned this when I moved in, maintenance basically told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. I’m not sure there is anything good I could say about this company. Hopefully you have a better experience than me.
