I went to your dealership. It took me 1.5 hours to get there and the car wasn't even there! What a wastes of time! Then you tried the old switch and bait trick. Well we have these other Elantra with more milage on them and over $2000 more for each and wouldn't budge on the price. What a joke! I would never recommend Victory to anyone let alone buy a car from you. Nothing But Scammers!

You can’t find a dealer worse than this one. They will post a cheaper price to get you here, then the car doesn’t exist or been sold. The cash price will be thousands more than the tag price. Yes, they want you to do the finance. They will pull your credit like ten times even you ask them not to do so. They don’t care about you, they care about the money. Save your time and money, don’t let the website fool you. Go other dealers.

Vikkie in Service on Noelle Avenue is one of the worse customer service people ive encountered. Unprofessional never returns calls. And clocked out left my car unattended in her garage. All BC THEY DIDNT HAVE THE COURTESY OF OFFERING ME FLAT TIRE COVERAGE. VIKKIE TRIED to charge 1100 for a god damnflat. She accused me of denting my rim mind you I havvideo and pictures prior to dropping it off on Noelle avenue. She tthen stated please Don t surrender yoir car ill only charge you 400? What happened to that cracked rim? They are crook s and liars who Don t know or care ABT the people they service
I will be giving this car back AND NEVER giving them business again.

I would NOT recommend this place! Please read the one star reviews before you go
down there as I wish I had! I would give no stars if that was possible. The car I went to purchase was advertised for around 22k. After test driving, and providing all my info such as income and social security number and waiting for almost 4 hours, I was approved for the loan but at a purchase price of 33k! They added on about 8k in dealer fees for a lowjack, car warranty and some other mess that I didn’t even ask for and said none of it could be taken off, they stated when they add those products that’s how they get the true amount for the car. They advertised for a lower price to lure you down there and have you wait forever just to tell you another price. Total waste of time and the 1 hour and a half drive it took for me to get there. This dealership is only for people who are desperate for a car at any means, which is not me. Save yourself the disappointment and time and avoid this place. Only positive thing is the salesman Brandon, he was pleasant.

Kevin C was a dope representative. Didn’t feel pressured or like I was being sold. We actually went through the sale process throughout the day. Small obstacles like a storm in the area made insurance a little challenging but they worked through it patiently getting the job done. Great experience.
