Viking Apartments & Townhomes, Brockport NY

Susan from the leasing office was absolutely phenomenal! She has been so supportive nad patient during this process of finding an apartment. I highly recommend Viking if you are looking for a new place to live!

Where do I start! Multiple things have broken in my apartment my shower drain, dishwasher, disposal (Multiple times), My fan string, sliding screen door, Towel holder, toilet paper holder, toilet seat, shower head, hallway closet door, refrigerator, bathroom sink drain and community dryer doesn't dry clothes. They came to fix some of them and left holes in my walls! I literally have to pay twice/Three times for my clothes to ever be dry! They invade your privacy constantly. I called for the dryer to be fixed and was told they can't do a single thing about it. The pool is literally never open! There is drawings on the walls of the hallways that is explicit and not ok for children to see that hasn't been covered up yet and it's been months since it first popped up! Massive favoritism of tenants they will allow some leeway and others none at all. Doesn't work with you to resolve issues. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting and the ground floor has tiles falling out of the ceiling and constant trash everywhere not to mention they recently had a fire! Which seemed to be because of negligence. This fire finally pushed them to install more fire detectors which should of been installed way before a disaster occurred. The office lady is very rude and standoffish Everytime a complaint is reported. It's sad to see the little care this place has for thier employees and tenants.
