I don't know how to rate you at this point I came back 45 minutes after I left the house expected to find carpets or furniture damp and it was totally dry and no smell at all in house the man text me 25 minutes after I left that he was done so I could come lock the house up it's a 3 bedroom house on second floor and 3 rooms on first floor plus the basement. I guess time will tell to see if the problem goes away

I felt that the technician, Zach Reuter, made a very thorough inspection of all my attic crawl spaces and provided me with a good explanation of why it’s so difficult to get rid of my carpenter ant problem.

Shannon came today to do our treatment for cockroaches. She was wonderful.professional, thoughtful, and thorough! I recommend her highly!

Hired them to get rid of birds nesting in my shutters, and oh what a mess. They did a poor job, left a huge mess and then owner called yelling to get paid. Not a professional by any means.and they didn't solve the problem and they took over a grand!

My first call to B&D was answered professionally and after taking my info, the lady said she’d call me back as soon as she checked on their tech’s availability. She called back quickly with an appointment for the same morning and saved the day! B&D is now my “go to” for pest services.

Love this company, we own an old home in Mount Vernon NY that had all sorts of pest issues, once we contracted with them we have barely had any issues. I can say enough about the peace of mind that provides!
