Superb margarita pizza. Well worth the 45-minute wait. Friendly owner. Good vibe and great location.

Extremely expensive for cheap food. $48 for 2 mash potatoes, 3 small chicken wings, 1 chicken thigh and 2 orange juice cups. So not worth it. I will never tell anyone to go here.

Just go to the Dollar Pizza.
This place should be closed.
Unsanitary, tasteless, and beyond overpriced.
A slice of pizza with fries and a medium drink for $16. I would have saved $14 dollars and time if I went to the Dollar Pizza.

I took a bite out of my cheese pizza and it was ice cold. When I told them this they put it back in the oven. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. The entire oven has my saliva.

A years ago in this place I had very very bad experience with the management, customerservice horrible like they coming out from Bronx Zoo and they give a job to be customerservice, food, everything horrible experience,

A capo days ago I noticed new management, the Manager came and introduced him self Alfred, to help me to decide about the food, because he noticed I am not feeling so hungry what I sowed in display, so he ask me for what I feeling hungry and actually he something special for me lightly and so delicious, I want just to thank you for making my stomach very happy and light, and in waiting time for
My food I noticed new service, more clean, more helpful service, more smiling service, the food was more tasty,
I am taking some time and write about this place and to congratulate this new Manager to succeed with his job and to keep this place a live,

And hopping soon to make changes on the menu too,

The breakfast sandwich was not fresh, the bread was stale, the egg was reheated and the bacon was old and bad quality. I was shocked when they said it would be ten dollars for just a breakfast sandwich bacon egg cheese. I regret going here. It was only that I was in a rush to my bus terminal. Please dont even comment on my review Villa 'Fresh' Italian Kitchen, I do not need to hear from you and your idea of contacting you for further complaining to you that you are over priced.

Dont eat here, they dont even deserve1 star. I've been here a total of two times and have been severely disappointed each time. The first time, I watched them put my pizza in the oven, and I received it cold. Not to mention it tasted awful. Very low quality. Because I'm a fairly optimistic person, I like to give places second chances. I came a second time when I didnt have a chance to get food elsewhere. I avoided the pizza remembering my awful experience, and went for a side of mac n cheese. I didnt think it was possible to mess up the easiest dish on the planet. But believe me.it's very possible. I took one bite of that mac and cheese.it tasted like vomit.worst experience ever. I will never be coming back here. Ever.

Super expensive. I mean come on you charge 6.30 for a slice of pizza. Hello what's is wrong with you! The dough is so thick and where is the topping.terrible.

Food is disgusting tasted like it's been saved and preheated. The pizza was burned. Never again in this place. A small bottle of ginger ale triple the regular prices no wonder why so many bad reviews

Extremely lousy experience even if you are not expecting any service. Slow, all staff are not aware of what to do, the IT system is not even updating the kitchen and they are asking for receipts to see what to cook, unfriendly staff and overpriced. Even the takeaway container was broken!

So far NYC had been good.till this.

Stay away and just grab a cheap pizza, it probably makes you happier.

Would have given a zero rating if this can be done!

On 12/18/18, my daughter ate a dish from the Port Authority location, and got food poisoning & gastritis. I have spoken to both managers, one of which is working while currently having the flu. Both were of no assistance with giving me the corporate offices info. I need an immediate representative from corporate to contact me as my daughter is still very sick 15 days later and she has been to hospital 3 times already.

I wish I could rate this lower. Our food was cold on the inside (I ordered a slice of pizza and my boyfriend a chicken pizza roll), the staff couldn’t communicate to save their lives, and half the side options weren’t even available. You’re better off digesting your own stomach than eating here.

Their employee Junior was SO rude and nasty just now. He wouldn't let my fiance's daughter try the gelato because I had tried it. Mind you, I tried ONE flavor and she only wanted to try ONE flavor. He had a crazy attitude and handed me a broken cone with a small scoop of gelato on it, which I did NOT ask for. I told him again that she wanted to try it first and he got even nastier and refused to let her. What a disgusting human being.

I actually felt like I was bothering the girl at the register when I was trying to pay for food. The older guy that greets and prepares the food was the only employee doing anything. This is the first review I’ve ever written. It stood out for how bad it was

I go to Villa in Port Authority ever since they have been upgrading the food courts. I have to say that Villa Italian Kitchen #4204 625 8th Avenue is going down hill.
A few weeks ago upper management was in and I was hoping to speak with them. Apparently noting has changed. Have someone from the corporate level come to Villa without letting the employees know and you will see for yourself. At any given time up to ONE DOZEN people use your seating to eat their breakfast they purchased at Au bon Pain, Dunkin Donuts Jamba juice and Starbucks.the staff knows and the management knows but no one says anything leaving no seats for paying customers.the little 8.5 x 11 laser printer sign that says "Seats are for patrons only". Sorry, no one sees its and 45 minutes is to long to occupy a seat.other Restaurant's have no more than 25 minutes.
Now, on to the Homeless, you have a woman who comes in EVERYDAY with her luggage.sometime buying a cup of coffee and sits there for quite some time. (the longest I have stayed is about 25 minutes). She leaves her baggage and goes to the ladies restroom to wash up and change her clothes.the first time I thought I should tell the Police cause the luggage was abandoned. Again at any given time you could have up to 6 to 8 homeless people sleeping in the chairs and again.the staff knows but the Management does not do anything.
NOTE: You need to put HAND SANITIZER dispensers. I walked out because I did not know what to touch.this homeless guy whom clearly has not seen a shower in months walked right in and touched the railings.some tables and chairs. AGAIN, all management said was "Move Along". There is only ONE Gentleman that deserves a raise as he is polite, apologizes and takes care of you swiftly and cleanly. You would know him by his signature greeting. "Good Morning. Welcome to Villa! "
I have become a regular so when he sees me, I get a FRESH roll out of the bag and not a roll that has been on the counter since 6: 30am.
I am considering letting the Board of Health know about the hand sanitizer issue as it is so important to not spread germs as of late.

Overpriced and inedible garbage. The place was dirty. Food wasn't fresh or good to taste. And it cost a bomb. Totally avoid it
