I 100% recommend these guys! I had 4 places I was choosing from and based on their reviews I chose them. I now understand why their reviews are so great. First off, I was at work so I was expecting to have to drop my phone off quickly and pick it back up the next day, when I got there they took a look at it.the screen was broken, the back glass was shattered and the whole phone was bent (at one point he asked me if I ran over it with a car.that’s how bad it was). Based on the condition of the phone he explained to me that if he were to replace the back glass it would just end up cracking soon anyway and that it would be a waste of money. That alone made me more confident in my choice because I feel like other places would’ve just done it. He told me he wouldn’t have an issue replacing the screen so I agreed and instead of having me leave and come back he assured he would be able to get it done quickly, which he did. Then he explained that my home button wasn’t responding so he would try to put a factory one in for a little bit extra so I was like why not? Unfortunately the factory one wouldn’t work either, so he took it back out and put my old one back in and didn’t even charge me any extra for his time or anything. He then explained to me how to use my phone without the home button working which I never even knew you could do! All in all, I was able to get a new screen, screen protector, great customer service AND tip them (well deserved) for LESS than I would’ve paid for just the screen at CPR in Liverpool. Also the fact that I was able to use maybe an hour more of my lunch break and he got me right in and did all of this for me last minute is amazing. Now my phone looks brand new, (as long as I don’t take the case off). All I know is I won’t choose anyone else to repair my phone now, and will tell everyone to go there. They also have old school stuff there like cameras, gaming systems, games and so much more. It was cool to look at some of the stuff while I waited. Very friendly people, go check them out!

My daughter’s IPhone 12 needed some replacements and Will called me right away and had the item in stock within a couple days. The repair was really fast and he is very kind and thorough too! Highly recommend and will likely need his services again with teenagers!

The owner Will did a great job at finding a good phone replacement for my Mother. He was very knowledgeable at what phone would be best for her to play games on it to replace her old 2011 phone. She was very happy with it. I would recommend this place if someone needs a phone repair or to sell their old iPhone or Samsung. Those are his speciality.
