LYDIA, That was her name. She was very rude and dismissive. I was requesting assistance for my grandmother who is a resident, in order to eliminate the language barrier between the Uber driver and my grandmother. This person was very rude and did not let me express what exactly I needed from her. I am very surprised that this is the service they are providing to our older family member's who genuinely need their help. Thanks for nothing LYDIA.

My father has been waiting for a house for 6 years and they never answer or give information, they do not attend and there are also preferences, there are people with less waiting time living here
