I called from overseas to request a custom 'bouquet' of balloons for a friend's 50th birthday. I picked the colors from the website, each one different, before I called. Elissa helped me work through budget and options, giving really great advice about what would last longest and helping me to tweak the price, and was endlessly nice and patient. She sent updates and my receipt by text. The add-on fees for set-up and delivery are absolutely reasonable, and in fact cheaper than a lot of the other places I looked at, and they took as much care and attention for this small order as if I'd ordered for a corporate event. Amazing service, the balloons are beyond perfect, and delivered exactly as requested: a wonderful surprise and the recipient was delighted. Can't recommend them enough. I live in California and wanted to have balloons delivered at the last minute to my niece for her birthday in NYC. I lucked out and was able to get same day delivery on a beautiful bouquet that she loved. The person taking my order by phone was very helpful with choosing the colors and sizes and the delivery man was so wonderful and made her day with his exuberance and thoughtful drop off. Will use again!

Great and fast service! Super nice folks working here who helped me when I needed quick turnaround big balloons after Party City treated me with poor customer service. Will be coming back here for all my party needs!

Been looking everywhere for a disco ball and I found the absolute best value here from anywhere I looked online. Everyone was so kind and the store had a wide variety of great things!

I am always very hesitant to order anything from just a website and no personal recommendation but I did so today and I was 110% pleased. My son and his girlfriend were away this weekend and got engaged. I wanted to do something for them when they returned home so I ordered the wedding balloon bouquet. It was exactly aa it was pictured on the website and delivery was punctual.

2. Get put on hold for five minutes
3. Have a rude person answer a completely different question and hang up on you

In this store they have good merchandises to buy from but it looks kind of dirty like it needs cleaning and it is stressful when you can't return what you already have bought and I don't know how people go there and buy things anyway because that is kind of a bad moment you have to live

This store has everything you might need but it's kind of dirty. There was a large cockroach that was hanging out under a witches hat that I had picked up, and then when I started to look around closer I noticed 2 other dead cockroaches in that isle.

Great! They have everything you need, any theme, bachelorette party, kids party, holidays, halloween, office supplies even.

Excellent selection of paper plates, napkins, tablecloths, plastic cutlery, cups, etc. - in every color - and at great prices.

Costumes, balloons, holiday decor, birthday candles.it’s all a little disorganized, but this place has everything.

My absolute favorite party store! The owner Sunny is wonderfully and he has an incredibly hard-working staff, huge variety and great prices! A favorite spot for balloons, cards, unique festive & holiday decor & tons of costumes year round- I love supporting this small business in Greenwich Village!
