We cannot say enough good things about Village Vet and their Drs and staff.we have 3 pets with them and have had to go there for not only regular visits, but also some pretty scary ones. They are always kind, professional, patient and thorough. I recommend them to all my friends for their pets. Wish they had 24 Emergency care, but understand why it's difficult to provide that.

Greatest level of professionalism and care for our boys. From the front desk to the examination room our doxies are treated with the utmost care.

Right from the start Village Vet was upfront and honest (and we found very fair) regarding their pricing, what tests were needed, what we could wait on, and then we were offered several paths we could choose based on their examination of our ill pet. We NEVER felt pressured. We even sought a second opinion/price comparison at a different vet closer to our home. The estimate there was much higher and also required us to wait a few days for a specific test. Our pet would not have survived a few days. The experience we had end up being expensive, but it was less than we would have paid elsewhere and we feel we got the best care for our pet. We will return and use Village Vet as our primary vet regardless of the far drive.

I haven’t had the best luck with my cats. My first, Winnie, was 1.5 when she became severely anemic a few weeks before my wedding and now my poor 8 year old Birdie has a rare form of cancer. So I’ve been though some of the more stressful times and have worked with Dr. Botero and more recently Dr. Bork. We ended up having to board Winnie as she deteriorated fast while I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii. We had done a blood transfusion at OP (in collaboration with the OP doctors) prior to us leaving in the hopes that along with medication it would help. Unfortunately it did not. It was so painful to be so far away when we had to put her down but Dr. Botero was so responsive and accommodating despite how far away we were to try and save her. Putting your loved one down over the phone was one of the most depressing things I’ve had to do, much more so right after getting married. The whole staff was so accommodating and responsive. I get choked up to this day for not being there in person when it happened. More recently, Dr. Bork had to give us the sad news that our Birdie cat has a rare form of cancer with a very poor prognosis. Being somewhat desperate for any good news, I asked for a second opinion and Dr. Bork was more than willing to help get a referral and the staff was quick to transfer records and never once took offense to asking for another opinion. It seems her diagnosis was probably correct unfortunately. The whole staff there is so friendly and supportive during the worst times. It’s hard and stressful as a pet owner making hard decisions, and I’m sure we come across as anxious and fearful of losing our loved ones. But unfortunately the worst part about being pet owners is we outlive them. So having a vet that can help us deal with those very hard moments when we are confused, upset, and sad is so important. The Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg has been there for me and I highly recommend.

Staff is friendly, quick to move my 3 silly (not aggressive) large dogs out of the lobby as not to upset others and helpful! Dr. Reiller is also very friendly, good with my dogs and shows he cares! Made my 3 feel very comfortable!

The vet doctor was very unprofessional! I told her we will not be back with our dog! Her response good good choice! Do not recommend this place for any animals!

They did an amazing job cleaning my dogs teeth and with several removals. My dog is noticeably happier. I recommend this veterinarian for all needs.

I had to take my 12 year old Saint Bernard in today for an Emergency, “Daniel” ultimately crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I wanted to say the Staff here today was beyond exceptional and compassionate. The attending Dr, even gave me a hug. To everyone one there who helped today “Thank you” for making this difficult time better by showing “Daniel” love and compassion.

Our cat Boo was acting very ill on a Sunday late afternoon, vomiting, diarrhea, howling and we called the emergency number which informed us that they had no appointments but the issue had sunsided a bit and they were very informative and compassionate in their recommendations. We called in the morning, Boo seemed better but we wanted a follow up and they informed us that they had just had a cancellation in the afternoon if we wanted it. We took the appointment, the vet gave her thoughts of what may have been happening and what we could do, bloodwork and/or xrays, to confirm what may or may not be wrong. She did not push any expensive options and let us decide how to proceed. We found, after xrays, that Boo has a back problem that may be causing bowel movement issues and she spent a lot of time explaining what we could do. We really appreciated the time and compassion toward us and the cat during the visit. In the long run, Boo won't be thrilled to be on a diet but now we know what to expect.

Love this place! I had to find a vet after ours retired and had no problem getting my two cats in.i also had prior experience when we had to euthanize my cat on an emergency basis so i knew where to go.the staff is friendly and welcoming.wait times have never been an issue.the doctors i’ve dealt with are personable, compassionate and super informative.dr.reyda is awesome: intelligent and obviously very passionate about his work.i also hear he is a star wars geek and honestly what else could you ask for with someone caring for your pets? Highly recommend this place 10/10!

Our puppy received the best care there. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the techs and veterinarians is kind, courteous and very professional. They followed up after appointment to check if our dog was okay. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough great things about the doctors at Village Vet Clinic of Hamburg. They take the best care of Frannie when she comes into the office. Frannie is always relaxed after her visit with the Dr. And the techs are all amazing along with the staff up at the front desk.

Amazing place filled with talented and friendly staff. They always take great care of our pets and are reasonably priced. During a difficult time of saying goodbye to a pet last year they showed so much care and respect.

My Husband has left 3 messages since Saturday, not one call back! They were absolutely wonderful with our dog up until the day she passed, but for some reason they are not getting back to us

The doctor and technicians were very patient with respect to all of our questions and they were able to schedule an emergency appointment within a few hours of my phone call. They took excellent care of Fritz. It is a relief to know that we can depend on your friendly staff and the services that you provide. I especially appreciate the follow-up phone call to ensure that all is well after we brought our cat home.

The team here really cares about your pets and that is obvious. My wife and I have been taking our pets here since we moved to Hamburg in 2016 and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. The entire team from the doctors and techs to the reception staff are always friendly and explain things clearly. Every time we have an emergent issue pop up, they always work with us to have our pets seen right away. If they can’t help with the issue, they will refer you to a specialist who will. Nothing but great service here and we will continue to take all our pets here, present and future.

Love this place. We recently switched from another vet and I'm so glad we did. Everyone is very friendly. Large bright waiting room where animals can stay safely apart from one another. The techs are so polite and knowledgeable. Loved the vet we saw as well.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Reiller, and the entire staff of the Village Veterinary Clinic of Hamburg. I had taken my dog to a different emergency vet early this morning, and that doctor spent no more than 5 minutes with my Dog, and suggested that I put him down. When I called the village vet, they showed so much empathy, and found an appointment for me right away.
Dr. Reiller and the vet tech listened to my concerns, ran the proper tests, and found me a simple solution, that did not involve putting my dog down. The entire staff helped calm my nerves, while ensuring me I was doing the right thing. I can not recommend this office enough.
