Do not come after 7pm. It says on their door they close at 9pm but they close at 7pm! I drove from far to get here and they are closed.

This VIMS didn't have a distance line in place and it had a lot of customers in the store that was to close to each other.
The manager had "No mask on" and was walking around the store! Mask are a must!
This is very scary No mask on
and your the manager, are you kidding me!
This manager don't care about his safety or the public safety at all.

Has a wide varieties of men and women affordable and good quality clothing at affordable prices. Nice staffs

I bought 3 pair of sneaker boots for $20 each. Cute, comfortable, durable and reasonably priced. Yeeessss

I have bought clothes and sneakers.but I noticed they're not well made.and a few sneakers have come undone at the soles after just a few months.

I must say 3 stars for my frustration with this place not having what i wanted at that time but nuff respect to that place.its been open on that block for quite some time now.seen its neighbors come n go but its self has stood strong amongst the many.

They need to put more girl stuff there because if your going to promote v.i. M vixen and there's nothing there cute or not enough products than there's a problem

Usually a busy store but the prices and wide variety of sneakers and clothing is worth visiting.

I love the V. I. M. Store in my neighborhood. The prices are excellent, there`s a excellent return policy, and they charge no tax. What more can you ask for.

Customer service in this store is terrible. You ask for help and instead of showing were the item is, they will just point a finger and say, "over there. " I had to say, "over where, " so then he take me to "over there. " One more thing, the look on the employees. They look stoic and unattached to their job. They look like they are not interested in their job or customers. This place is around the block from my residence, I will now travel further when I need to shop. They won't see me again

Okay. 4 out of 10 chances you'll find something for yourself as far as clothing and the quality is cheap if it's women clothing. The mens clothing has better unlimited choices as well as the footwear. They need to give the female workers some training in manners.they can learn how to speak to customers much better. It they Stop hiring their own family member that barely speak English maybe I'd give it a five star.

Worst customer service ever. Sign for shoe size were in the wrong location. So unorganized, again customer service sucks, real hood.real g.h. E.t. T.o!
