This whole job set up is really ridiculous. The actual concierge needs more workers that speak better English. As well as management, their too unprofessional apply at your own risk we’re security guards being paid bare minimum even if you have your fire guards. I got training 2 weeks after I got hired, never met anyone from management face to face, again it’s ridiculous and very unprofessional. I just had to speak on it
