*****ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR*****

Best experience I've ever had with a doctor.

I had a painful, debilitating wrist injury for 2 years.

Couldn't do my favorite sports and activities.

Dr. Patel very confidently and sistematically CURED my ailment over the course of a few visits.

In the beginning, he said he can probably fix it without surgery. And in the end, he was exactly right.

I have NO MORE PAIN. It's a blessing. I'm forever grateful to Dr. Patel and his team.

Don't waste your time, go directly to Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel performed my finger surgery. I was very stressed as I only had one week to find an orthopedic surgeon. I couldn’t schedule any surgery as everyone was busy and didn’t even care about my hand. I stopped by Dr. Patel’s office and I was told he would contact me to let me know when he would do my surgery. He did reach out to me, very considerate and professional. Is very hard to find a doctor that really cares for humans and humans health in NYC but definitely he is one of a kind. I am impressed and happy that humans like him exist. He is definitely a role model for all doctors. I can’t thank him enough, the surgery went excellent and he has been advising me on how to operate with my hand. I am grateful to him forever. His stuff was very helpful as well!

This is a very good medical office. Jonathan the manager and the whole entire staff are great at making sure patient care is handled. Wait times are reasonable because Dr. Patel, Tim and Phat don't want to rush you. They want to hear you out.

My son had a fractured finger. Dr Patel's office was very efficient and treated him with great compassion and expertise. After several weeks in the splint fashioned by Dr Patel's staff, he is back to his normal self. Thank you Dr Patel! I strongly recommend Dr Patel if you are in need of a hand surgeon

In 2019 I hurt myself in the gym. Didn’t have insurance until 2020 so couldn’t see anyone till then. Went to see a surgeon at Maimonides bone and joint which is probably 4x as big as dr Patel’s office. Had an mri done and the doctor couldn’t really see anything except maybe a little inflammation even though I was in pain. But he suggested a tfcc debridement. After the surgery he told me to go see the therapist in the same building. Thought it was gonna be serious therapy but it was 5 minutes in one day just showing me exercises to do at home and that was it. Weeks went by and I wasn’t seeing a difference. Told the doc somethings not right but he kept saying it takes time and that I could just come by and get shots but he doesn’t think I’ll have to live with this and there’s no more surgery. I decided to get a second opinion. Saw dr Patel and had probably two different pa’s come and take my history first. Got another mri and right away dr Patel saw the issue. Got an ulnar shortening osteotomy and Tfcc debridement. He also recommended therapy but this was completely different. Ny hand therapy is right upstairs from dr Patel’s office. They take their time run through everything with you for one hour for 1-2 times a week. And thank God after 4 months I’m already seeing a difference.

Worst experience! Wasting of time!
1. It was hard to book an appointment with these people; they don't pick up the phone.you must go through their app and fill out the form then wait long hours until someone can call you.
2. I made an appointment with Dr. Vipul Patel However; I was treated by his assistant which he is no knowledgeable. They told me that don't worry you will see DR. Patel after MRI results in the second visit because Dr Patel is busy with surgeries.wow. Not even second visit I saw Dr. Patel. This place is a scam.
3. They gave a hard time to get a prescription so I can get the splint for my hands.
What a shame to deal with somebody has a lack of knowledge and responsibility.
Absolutely I won’t recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Patel and his team took care of me from A-Z all the way from the initial evaluation on my very first visit, until post-surgery follow-ups, (a year later). Always helpful, willing, and ready to make my every visit a great experience. Thank you, Dr. Patel.

This place is honestly amazing. Friendly and hard working staff, and Dr. Patel really knows his stuff. Appointments are usually available when you need them, and theres also a physical therapy office upstairs so you can coordinate 2 visits in one trip. They take most insurances, and also workers comp.i’ve been going to this office for almost 2 years now.

I can't say enough about how incredible of a surgeon Dr. Patel is. He is smart, calm, and very conservative. He used so many alternative therapies and minimally invasive procedures to help my hand heal after a bad car accident. I saw many doctors along the way but Dr. Patel was clearly on another level.

From entering the establishment I was whisked into the exam room. Had a consultation with a PA and then went for my x-ray. Then i was treated all on the same day. I even was fitted for a brace for my hand and left with it. Did I say all on the same day? ! I loved that. My only complaint is that the medical technologist did not clean the transducer to the ultrasound machine. And the only reason why i knew is because I am a sonographer. I made him aware of the issue which was corrected promptly with an apology. How can you apologize to someone that your actions could have given them Covid? It is still sketchy on how covid transmits from person to person. You have to be concerned about every single patient that comes there and not cut corners. Especially wiping down a transducer that was already used on another patient and the PA was about to use that transducer in order to place an injection in the area that was going to be scanned. That is unacceptable! I was very calm when i spoke to him but im talking to you young man.be careful. Theres populatons out there that are more susceptible to covid. Be vigilent in creating excellent care that your employer exemplifies. Dr Patel had his PA perform the procedure and stopped by to say hello to me. That meant so much to me as a patient. Thank you for the superb service I receive from you and your staff. Dont be too hard on this young man. Just make sure from now on you do the right thing. Remember the only reason why I noticed it is because i am a sonographer. Dont use ignorance of a professsion to cut corners.especially during a pandemic.
