Vireo Health, Queens NY

As the other dispensaries companies in NY trip over themselves to leave medical patients in the dust in order to cater to the recreational market instead, I very much appreciate Vireo remaining patient focused and catering to medical needs. They have some good products and frequent good sales (although the pricing should just be lower across the board!)

This location (Queens) is much better than the White Plains location, just FYI, about actually letting you get the amount of medicine you need without the pharmacist imposing their own conservative and arbitrary interpretations of NY law. It is worth traveling down here even if White Plains is closer to you as the service and experience is much better.

I went to this store to buy some cannabis from this establishment. That was until a certain Mr. Edward Seibert came into the equation. This man was not only rude but rather “comfortable with his words” to say the least as he was constantly saying the n word to a customer who got mad over ineffective cannabis. I’m not impressed and I hope this man gets the punishments he deserves!

Excellent products, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good, and they have great sales.

I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences at this location. The staff is cool and always willing to offer recommendations.

I also think they have some of the better flower options available in terms of medical dispensaries here.

They also frequently have some really great deals. Top quality at a mid price range.

I have used this place 3 times for delivery yet when I called today because, again the website says my address in astoria isn't real, I spoke with a guy. John I believe. One of the nastiest rude people I've ever spoken too. He didn't know the products. Couldn't answer my questions about strains, and spoke super fast as if I was bothering him. He even hung up while I was asking a question. Then I called back and he was ruder than before. I would love a contact number or email from either his manager or the owner. You should know he lost you a 500.00 sale today. And update the website so it doesn't say delivery until 7 pm. Everyday, but when you order there is a 5 day wait to get a delivery in Queens. I could go out there but it's such a dismal looking place with rude counter people. I'd rather go to Rise in manhattan or Sunnyside in Bklyn. Get it together if you're going to serve the medical community!

Why does it take more than 45 minutes to buy a pen? Make it make sense not convenient for your time at all, at the end of the day isn't this business considered hospitality at this point? Oh and it's cash only.

I loved this place until marijuana became legal in NY. They stopped making Vireo Blue Vape, the one that really helped me.
Blue was predominantly CBD, I feel like they sent me to hell in a hand basket cause I hate getting high.

Amazing experience and you won't find better 4/20 deals anywhere else! They've got it down to a science, y'all, and they've been doing it for years - I love that all the new legal dispensaries are happening, but this is the ONLY place I can get capsules that work with my highly-restrictive diet (Autoimmune Protocol) so I'd give them six stars if I could

Vireo has really stepped up their game in NY.they have some of the best strains available in the program. Nice store, friendly staff and great delivery!
UPDATE 1: open but under construction. Otherwise it's a great dispensary. Just wish they would run more sales
UPDATE 2: still clean store with extremely helpful staff. Delivery is also great. And since my last update they did lower prices. Their best deal is $200 ounces (must be in 8ths tho) and they have been running more sales

The people working IN the shop are great.
Anything else about vireo? No thanks. They were price gouging from the start - and now they're backpedaling with a bunch of "sales" that are STILL too expensive.
Something go wrong with your online order? GOOD LUCK getting customer service; they don't answer the phone.

Attentive and friendly staff. They are considerate and discrete. They offer the best products and cater to your specific needs. The place is clean and very professional with a friendly atmosphere. I recommend this shop as vital to health and well being, both physically and mentally.

I was a loyal customer to Cura Leaf … Until they bumped me off the Delivery List on Super Bowl Sunday, no explanations, no call n when I called they weren’t concern with my order.
Thankfully I found Veiro Heslth n spoke to Harley. I visited quick n easy with the help of Harley. They have the same sales n discounts as Cura leaf. Vitro has found a new loyal customer ME…. Thank U.
