After speaking with Arkadiy, I felt completely disrespected and disappointed. His attitude was far from professional and it was clear he didn't care about my experience. I was incredibly unhappy with his customer service. It would be nice if the owners of Vis a Vis restaurant would take the time to listen to the conversation today and use it as an opportunity to teach their staff about customer service. They should ensure that their staff understand the importance of treating customers with respect and providing a great experience. By doing this, it will help to create a positive atmosphere that customers will want to return to.

Arkadii, the person answering the phone, is extremely rude! I don't understand how a Vis a Vis manager could be so unprofessional and rude to customers.

Beautiful ambiance. Amazing food and service. I was there for a birthday, and we had an amazing time. The music is sooo good. The DJ is incredible. Loved it and definitely plan to go back.

It is a bit on a Pricey side!
But btw the food the service and the Drinks it's deffentlly deserves 5 stars.
I ORDER THE fish, IT was very fresh and ABSALUTLY DELICIOUS!
THE COCKTAILS DRINKS ARE risenable priced I loved thier Manhattan drink $16.5
For 2 pple btw salads main entrance and few COCKTAIL spent $195

Very tasty food! Order Fuagra was OK. Prices on Higher-end what can you do? It's Brighton Beach!

Good food and entertainment. Extremely overcrowded, owners neglect their customers comfort for a sake of the profits.

I attended birthday party. The food and the music were good. But the restaurant was overcrowded, they put tables very close to each other, there were no space to dance at all even to breathe. I won’t recommend this place for the party

The restaurant was extremely overcrowded on 2/12/22. This was very unsettling given the current state of the COVID pandemic; the proper protocols were ignored in order to turn a greater profit. It was hard to move an elbow without hitting the person sitting at the table next to you or move your chair without hitting the person sitting at the table behind you. There was also a 25 minute line to use the bathroom that blocked the entrance to the kitchen that the waiters had to navigate thru. Would not recommend this place at all.

We love this place, delicious food, excellent service, great atmosphere. Bartender Alisa was amazing, thank you for your great service and kindness!

I went there from Manhattan by Q Train to Brighton Beach neighborhood. Great BD party for my Russian friend. I will go again.
