Called this company multiple times to get a recall done on my truck. My most recent time was 9 in the morning, called multiple times, pressed 2 only to be hung up on. I'll pass and thank you for nothing.

This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had buying a car. Phil had no real answers on my car even 2 weeks later. I have still not received the "I OWE YOU" part they promised in writing. My registration never went through. Awful experience.

Very pleasant service. Everyone from the General manager Massimo, to the finicial manager Terry and the salesman Jermey G. They were upfront and honest, made buying a car relaxing and enjoyable.

Would give 0 if possible. This dealership has had over $9000 of my money for over a week, I have no car, no title, and no one is taking or returning my calls. Filing a police report for theft.

I'd give less than a star. Service department is a bunch of crooks. My car was done but evidently no one could be bothered to call and then my car didn't start when I picked it up. How did they get it out of the service garage? I had to pay for an extra part and service that i didnt even need. I'm talking basics too- how on earth do you misdiagnose a battery vs.a starter? Thanks for stealing $700 of my hard earned money.

I just leased my 3rd Buick Encore from Vision! My favorite salesman, Dan Frank, does a great job finding me exactly what I want at a good price. He even helped me use my GM points to buy some cross rails so we can take our kayaks out this summer! I've had my previous cars serviced there and been pleased with how efficient, friendly, and courteous the staff is. Dan and Vision do a wonderful job. Who knew buying a car could be such a nice experience? !
