Very good price and easy staff to work with to complete the deal. Jim was very friendly and helpful with the initial sale and Mike was thorough, congenial and very clear with the paperwork end of things.

Top ratings to Cameron, service manager. He listened by phone to my steering problem, asked the right questions and made the right diagnosis. Another nearby Huyndai had scheduled a lengthy and extensive repair which was not necessary. Cameron even examined the timing belt free when I expressed concern about my old aging Elantra. The belt was fine avoiding an additional $400 plus repair. Oh, the final bill came in under estimate.

The only problem I had was the phone system which has been a huge issue for all departments- and they are “working on it”. I had many calls before reaching Cameron when I had to change my appointment time. I will write to the new GM about that part of it.

Amazing dealership that stands by what they sell, it's clear they take pride in their products. Have dealt with their sales, finance and service department now and they've provided great customer service each time. Everyone I dealt with was professional and genuine. Jim is a tremendous salesman, made sure I was happy with the car I bought and when I had an issue later on, he made sure I was taken care of. The service department fixed the issue as promised. They really surprised me as I assumed dealerships just move cars out of their lot and ignore you once they've got the sale.not here!

I had a appointment for back breaks and a oil change. Was there for 3 hours then they came out with a list of other things. 3 hours for a oil change and breaks. I won't go back on a Saturday again! They kept coming up with excuses for the 3 hour wait. Will think about not going there again!

What a great experience from start to finish! We loved our Ionic and hope we love our new Tucson just as much. Much gratitude to Kyle and Mike for their professionalism and service! I’ll be singing Hyundai’s praises once again!

Buyer Beware! Classic Bait and Switch! (I read on this site where another customer had a similar experience.) I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle the day prior. Before I made the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership, I called to confirm the vehicle I wanted to test drive had not been sold. I was assured (even after offering the VIN #) that the vehicle had not been sold. However, upon arrival I was told the vehicle had been sold 2 days ago! After meeting with both of the managers, they confirmed my suspicions (bait and switch) by telling me, "This happens all the time! " A second vehicle I was interested in was not on site either. One of the managers told me, "I might be able to get it today, but it's at a sister dealership 45 minutes away. " Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to a local dealership where, "What you see, is what you get! "

Supposed to have lifetime oil changes with the car but "new owner" stopped that.claimed to rotate tires. Got home and realized wasn't even done. Be careful and always check

Everyone there was wonderful. David DiGuardi was so informative and helpful, never pushy, and excellent to deal with. He was especially respectful and patient with my father, a wheelchair-bound veteran. My experience with David could not have been better.
Mike Trevino was also very kind and patient with me and my wife as he carefully explained the many options we had in regards to financing, warranties, and extras. He worked very hard, together with David, to get us the best deal possible.
Eddie Stebbins took a great deal of time with us to explain all the technology, benefits, and gadgets in our new car. He's very enthusiastic, very Pleasant to work with, and excellent at teaching some less than tech savvy people how to use the car to our full advantage.

Tremendous team effort!

I found a car I wanted online and clicked to confirm availability. The next day someone called me and confirmed it was still available. I then called back and confirmed that it was there and no one had placed a deposit on it or anything. Then I started driving 5+ hours to buy it. I called two more times on the way to make sure it had not sold. Was assured it was still available both times. Finally got there and they told me it had been sold the week before. The absolute worst. Wasted an entire day because I was lied to over and over.
