After reaching out for help due to issues with their phone system their General Manager (Nick) reached out and was SUPER helpful and has helped us get the support we needed.

Do not get a car from this dealership, I called like 15 times in one day and no one answered. Finally got a hold of someone and they say they will call me right back and never do!
Must be they don’t care about making a sale.

Being disabled i had worst service i ever had. Will never go back. Here is an email Ive sent to multiple people there.writing to tell you about the pathetic service i received a month and a half ago. I entered your dealership and dealt with Cody Jenkins. After taking my info and running my credit his whole demeanor changed. My score came up 580 which was a surprise. I checked in 2 days prior and everywhere else i went after was in mid 600's from same reporting company. I told Cody i had about $500-$1k to put down too. He stated there was nothing he could do and ID have to talk with sales manager. This gentleman was supposed to call me the next day. I did not hear from him so the next afternoon a Friday i stopped in. This being difficult as i am disabled.   Cody got the sales manager and i forgot his name. He said he will submit my info to lenders and would call me no later than Saturday. No response. This is where the real joke begins. I started calling in the following Monday to find out what was going on. If i got an answer i was routinely put on hold and that would result in me leaving VM with no response or i would get disconnected. I asked to speak with sales manager and was told it was a women and again put on hold and VM. I then switched gears and emailed Cody with no response. I switched gears again and reached out to online chat to see if i could get info. Got nowhere so i asked for your name and number. They stated they didnt have it! After 2 weeks of not getting anywhere i got irritated and went to another dealer and bought a very nice car with them. The kicker was during those 2 weeks i was getting daily sales calls from your place. I started explaining this and would get hung up on. I know you won't reach out to me or do anything about it but i have been on social media and telling everyone i know about the horrible service i received. The dealer i bought the car from did what they could because they wanted the sale and i got a good deal on a great car. Ill leave my number in case you do decide to reach out.

Highly recommend! Sales team is a bit understaffed, but they were great throughout the process. The sales manager accidentally loaded the wrong trim level when valuing my trade-in, so they offered well above market value for it. The sales manager realized this after the fact, but honored it which I thought showed great integrity. Overall, a great experience.

If i could give the service department negative stars i would. They were so rude. The phone system said no appt was needed - i drive all the way out here from Greece. He said an appt would be needed. They gave me 2 free oil changes when i bought my car and then was told that was no longer valid. The man at the service desk was rude rude rude. Rolled his eyes at me and sighed. I will never return here. I wasted an entire hour driving out here to just get rude customer Service. I purchased my car here and had a great experience. Too bad the service dept is terrible.

Thought I should update my review. After years of purchasing and using this dealership with no difficulty; I've received no call, no text, no word at all from them. Wish i could rate them less than one star! At the end of my lease called for information on buying it. Left a voice-mail with the business manager providing all my info. No call back. After completing the buyout with Kia Finance, tried to set up for service online (inspection, oil change, etc), as I have done many time, but was directed to a chat. Provided all the info to the chat agent and was told I would get a call from the service center. No callback. Called the service center, received voice-mail asking me to leave a message with my name and phone number and I would get a callback. Still no call back. Today I tried to set up service online bypassing the chat. Surprise, surprise, no record found for my phone number or email. Wow, second vehicle I've purchased from Kia Canandaigua. Almost all service on both vehicles done there and they can't find me? What the heck! Fortunately, I will now be looking at the Telluride at a different dealer. Very, very dissatisfied long time customer.

Will never go back there again we were doing a deal on a kia telluride 2024 they called me to say they had 4 which was a lie had 1 we were only one there was taking it for a test drive another couple came in while were were finalizing a payment plan the other couple said we'd buy it with out even looking at it so they told us we were option number 2 which I'd blanton wrong they shud have been option number 2 will not recommend them to anyone and will never buy a car from them that's how they treat former customer so stay clear of them

I will never do business with Vision Canandaigua again. We were sent a letter offering almost $40k trade in for our Telluride, so we stopped by. After wasting an hour of our time, we were told our car "that was in really good shape" was only worth Kelly $33k. A total 'bait and switch" and a complete misrepresentation. We did not approach them, they wrote to us. We bought our first Kia from them, but I will never deal with them again. You have to have trust and I have none with them.

Worst experience trying to buy a car. The number of phone calls I got begging me to come when all I asked for was a quote, of which I never received. Whoever operates their outgoing phones is the pushiest salesperson. Their words hold no weight and the amount of times i heard "we will get you that quote soon" and not receive anything was unwarranted and inexcusable. Then they have the audacity to ask if they've answered all my questions, when my 1 and only question was never answered. I will never consider buying any vehicle here.

Booked a "VIP" appointment and when we got there after driving an hour, we were informed the vehicle we were interested in was sold. We asked about other vehicles, and was directed to a rep that was completely disinterested in our business.

Best car buying experience ever. Friendly staff and management, no pressure atmosphere. Codey in sales and Cody finance were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Purchased a car in June. 1st payment should be July 30. However, Kia Finance has no record of the purchase. No one will answer the phone. No one will return a phone call. Every communication since purchase has been with robots. Absolutely terrible customer service. Guess my car was free. I've read the business responses.clearly AI helps with that, too.

I just bought a new Sorento from Vision Kia Canandaigua today! What a great experience! Al Christensen and Brian Mark made the decision easy! Cody in finance had everything ready! The days of wasting 8 hours at a dealership to buy a car are over! I was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you Vision Kia of Canandaigua!

Cam and Cody helped me out getting a 2021 Kia Seltos LX and let me tell you if your in need of an amazing car with an even better warranty that covers almost anything you need.look no further and come to these guys!
They where chill as well as quick and speedy with great customer service through the entire process!

We bought a used car from Cam Jensen and he is awesome! He was so professional and even though he is young, he was honest and super helpful (not only with sales but he also kept our son occupied while we were signing papers with the finance guy). He is very personable and knows his stuff. I never thought we’d have a “car sales guy” but I know we would 100% use him again and send all our friends and family his way.

When I stopped by Vision Kia to test the waters (I just paid off my car) I had a fantastic experience! The showroom was clean, the selection was huge, and the customer service was top notch. The finance manager Cody helped me figure out what is in price range, and all of the additional options I might want for additional coverage. Very professional and courteous!

I've been trying for 3 days to get in touch with their service dept. I've left my number with the sales dept 3 times and still haven't heard anything back. It's ridiculous. Meanwhile, I have to drive my car that shuts off while on the road and can't go anywhere else as to not void Warrenty
