Met with Adam. He's a very nice guy. Knows alot about his Kia cars. Answered all my questions, went for a test drive and then met with John, the manager. Also very nice. No pressure, BUT no deal to be had.

Communication was poor.feels like none of the employees communicate with each other when working on a deal. I had to do all the outreach to them to ask them to call me (for everything) and it was like pulling teeth. I'm not local, so was prepping everything via phone, and was supposed to buy the car on a Saturday. Finance manager didn't call me with all the info I needed until Friday afternoon, which at that point was too late for me to get a cashier's check for the down payment and get everything ready for Saturday. On Saturday morning, they told me they pulled some strings and I could pay the down payment on my credit card, but still wouldn't tell me the loan rate I was approved for, just that "you'll be happy. " I didn't want to drive two hours without knowing if I could even afford the car payments. They likely felt me slipping away, because they offered to pay for an Uber for me to get there and back. I was already over them at this point; it felt shady to me that they couldn't tell me the rate and I was tired of all the back and forth. So I canceled the deal, citing poor communication and not knowing the rate, at which point the General Manager told me they matched the rate that my bank had given me. Not sure why they couldn't have just told me this up front as I would've had no issue with that rate. Then had to go back and forth with them again for another week and a half about getting a refund on my $500 deposit. The finance manager STILL was trying to sell me on the deal, saying he had my bank's rate "so beat! " (even though his GM told me it was matched), yet still wouldn't tell me the amazing deal he claimed he had for me. Told me it would take 4 weeks to send out a check with my deposit refund, and it took me forever to get them to send me proof that they had initiated the refund. Finally got my deposit back on my credit card rather than a check.they were probably sick of me calling them everyday to get my money back. Wouldn't recommend. Went to another dealer down the road who were completely transparent.

I just bought a Kia Sportage ex pro pretty expensive and now I have trouble with my transmission and that’s my second car from Kia, with the same issue that’s gonna be my last car from Kia for sure. I tried many times to call them about my issue with the transmission but nobody answer that’s horrible

Had a great experience with David and Alex. However, the organization and management is absolutely appalling. We were brushed off by the manager when we were asking what was going on with the car after sitting and waiting for 4 hours. Every other dealership I have been to has had the car ready, detailed, and cleaned when you arrive to pick it up. We made an appointment for a specific day and time and nothing was done.

I would give zero stars if i could. Absolutely worst customer service i have ever received. I get better service at McDonalds. Vision has had my car for two months now and completely misled me on what was actually going on. I was told there was a recall on my engine and my request is under review for some unforeseen issue. When in reality it is now apart of a class action lawsuit, and this has nothing to do with Vision anymore, instead their legal department. They literally submitted the request and never thought about me again. I feel so dismissed and ignored. So everytime i call i either get sent to voicemail (that never gets returned), or someone used to at least answer my calls and would tell me it shud be done the next week or in two weeks (which wasn’t true, they just wanted to get me off the line). In REALITY i’ll probably be out of a car for two more months, if not more apparently. I made a single phone call to corporate and got more information from them than Vision has ever given me. I dropped my car off on July 17 and this submission of my car into this lawsuit thing wasnt u til August 8th I discovered loads of resources to help me get a rental and get my car payments paid back to me in a matter of 20 minutes from corporate. These are resources i should have had MONTHS ago. I will never work with Vision ever again, and i will tell everyone i know to not work with them. Because if they can’t keep up basic communication, or at least return a frickin phone call, they don’t need any new customers. DO BETTER

We placed $300 refundable deposit to order in a vehicle. We decided not to move forward. Adam our sales agent has dodged all emails and calls, left messages for sales manager regarding refunding deposit. It’s been 4 months of actively calling and no response. Sales people always get a good review when people are buying, but where’s the integrity when we aren’t.

Service Dept. Warning! Up until this past year I have had decent experiences here but my last two visits with the service department were awful. I suspect they never even looked at my vehicle (in the 2+ days they had it) as I got several confusing phone calls about things not pertaining to my vehicle. After bringing my vehicle to my husband's trusted shop I've been told my brakes are in dire need of replacing which is why I brought vehicle in to begin with. On top of that, I was harassed by the sales department with EIGHT separate phone calls about purchasing my vehicle after making it clear several times I wasn't interested and just wanted the service dept.to return my calls. I will not be a returning customer.

I just traded my 2018 Kia Sorento in for a new 2023 Kia hybrid Sorento. My whole experience has been wonderful. My finance manager David Rogue and sales consultant Nicholas Brumm were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and entertaining. They answered all my questions. My sales consultant gave a thorough demonstration of the workings of the new car. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a new Kia to request their services.

This place is just the worst from there sales man being lazy and not wanting to make a sale, to there financial department dragging there feet, to there service department talking down to people and never answering there phones wasting my time, I’ll never come here again first and last car I’ll buy from here. I had to call the canandaigua Kia to ask about this vehicle and then this one finally magically got me financed for this one at that time.

Nick Brumm was awesome! But the rest do work extremely slow, we told them we needed to leave by noon (2hrs) didnt leave till 230.so set aside 5+ hrs to purchase a vehicle.not sure if I'll come back, might stick with Caskinette.

My experience purchasing a new car from Vision Kia of ER was pretty much flawless. My salesperson was Jake Gray and his down-to-Earth, friendly and zero-pressure approach was exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention all the extras you get by purchasing from Vision. The entire process was super-smooth and not the least bit frustrating or annoying - which is pretty hard to believe I know. I usually hate shopping for a new car but not this time. Highly recommended.
