We like going to Vision Nissan in Webster. The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. A special shout-out to finance manager Andy Hanushevsky, who's patient and really knows his stuff. He explains everything in detail, so carefully and thoroughly, that when he asks if you have questions - you don't because he's gone over everything. Thanks to all the Webster Vision Nissan crew!

Very friendly, if there is any problem they will notify you before attempting to work on it. I've been going here since 2011. I just had my first oil change which was complementary with my new auto (2020 Sentra SR) purchase. I also had a possible safety recall which was addressed and my car did not have this problem (phew). Again, the staff here at Vision Nissan are the best!

I inquired about a car in transit. The sales person confirmed availability, and added that there will be a $5,000 market adjustment on the car due to high demand! Stay away from a dealership employing such unethical (and illegal?) practices!

I have been a customer with vision Nissan of Webster for almost 10 years now. My go to guy for both of my vehicles that I have gotten from there is the director of finance, Andy Hanushevsky. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answers any questions I may have.

This company allows there mechanics to drive customer vehicles for their own “personal errands”. To the customer that had their blue titan at this location in Webster your truck was used to stalk myself on August 24th multiple towns outside of a normal test drive (East Rochester). I later discovered a gps tracker that was put on my vehicle that I have recently purchased from this dealership that was also put on by this same mechanic that opening admitted to it and has been arrested. I would be very weary of the professionalism this establishment. I would sit and watch them do the work or just go to a different place like Hoselton.

I wouldn't even give a star had to return the car because they said they were going to fix the things that were wrong with it an put new parts on an they put used parts and did a patch job on the car and messed up some of the plastic around the windshield and the manager was nasty and was trying to come at me and tried to put his hands on me

Dan V our salesman was very helpful with our transaction. This is the 2nd vehicle he has helped me with. I would definitely buy from here again but will go to the dealership that is closer to me for service.

As always, my car was serviced in a timely fashion and done right by a qualified mechanic. Vision Nissan of Webster is always professional and always available to help with any issue or question I may have about my vehicle.

I have a problem with my 2013 Murano that has not been fixed.
Every 2 or 3 minutes I get 3 beeps from the instrument panel.

When I am listening to music on my thumb drive, the music stops during the beeps.

The radio is not interrupted.
