Vision World of Levittown

I recently went there because my friend recommended the place.however, when I got there it took a while for them to attend me. While I was in the waiting room. I couldn’t help but to realize how hostile the environment is. Specifically the manager who I finally spoke to after I had asked for assistant because the wait was taking too long. She was the rudest one of them all especially towards the other workers so I left.

DO NOT GO HERE. The have horrible customer service. The charges are over priced compared to comparable places. Had a bad experience with the management. The are operating a shady business out of china orders.

Truly a bad experience at vision world in Levittown. Took my daughter there last night for her first pair of glasses, was being helped by someone and as we are being helped some woman was yelling orders from across the room. After 3 times my sales person answered the woman which turned out to be a manager! I realized she was asking her for information on other customers finally I jumped in and told her she was being disruptive to me as a customer and reprimanding her employee was at that time bad business. She was very abrasive and made comments to me like “wow”. I felt like it’s the twilight zone! I reluctantly placed the order for her glasses however when I got home and thought about it more I decided that was not the place I needed to do business with high priced and horrible experience. When I called the next day as my order was the evening prior they would not issue a refund and said all sales final. I was never told that when ordering. They were not willing to work with me in the refund. I’m truly shocked at how they can feel knowing my experience and can keep my money. So sad to see customer service didn’t matter here.

I went there just for inquiry, but they submitted charge to my insurance.i have to explain to my insurance company to reverse my eligibility.they caused lots of unnecessary work to me.

Tried to book an appointment for myself and 2 kids but they only allow 2 family members to book at a time. I would have tommake third persons appointment 1.5 hours later (in case we may cxl). So I’d have to wait around for an hour and a half. This is ridiculous. So if you have more than 2 people in your household I do not recommend using this company. I’m certain I can not be the only person to want to book 3 people one after the other. If I could give less then 1 star I would- do yourself a favor- don’t bother!

I don't know who these people are who complain about this place. They must be looking in the mirror and portraying it on the establishment. My experience was nothing short of GREATNESS. The whole staff was awesome! I will be back.even just to say hi.

The doctors here are very professional and very nice and caring. The staff is also great and courteous. Would recommend greatly for eye, exams and glasses. If you have a problem, they will definitely help you out and fix it.
