Had my tv repaired by these guys at very reasonable price and service great. They know what they’re doing!
Highly unprofessional! They are contracted with Best Buy. They were supposed to come inspect and service my TV but never did. They never answer the phone but texted me asking for pictures. They told me they didn’t have the parts to fix the TV and the parts “weren’t sold anymore” so Best Buy would have to replace the Tv and they would tell them that. The pictures I sent them clearly show the Tv does not have physical damage, and then had the nerve to write a report to Best Buy telling them that the TV had physical damage and there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE SERVICE. What professional does that?
Terrible service! Poor follow through! You call and no one answers. EVER! They return messages by text and after business hours so that you are NEVER speaking to someone. Have been waiting on them for a TV repair over two weeks with no word about when they will actually complete it or if they even have the parts needed. Stay away from these people!
They had good prices and fast service, I fixed my Samsung 46" LCD TV and they had it repaired next day. I would recommend this to friends and family
DO NOT bring your TV here! My repair took over 3 weeks to complete, (was initially told 3 days!) and the service is terrible. In 3 weeks I got ZERO phone calls to update me on the status of my TV. Only after I called a week into the process did they inform me that they would need to order a part and asked me if I would like to go ahead. Should have said no.
Do not use this company. Best Buy subcontracted them to come to repair my TV 2 months ago. First they never showed up. Then they said they needed a part that would take a month to order, even though they has never come to see what was wrong with my TV. They then said they had the part and would come to repair my TV, but they never turned up. Don't waste you time. These guys will be out of business sometime soon. They deserve no stars.
