3This is not toward the doctor, but toward the staff. First of all, tell a patient ahead of time when the doctor will not be in the office and you are relegated to an NP with the personality of a frozen popsicle. Second, GET MORE STAFF! I have literally been trying for about 45 mins to get in touch with the NP, as I have reason to believe she screwed up my mammogram script. I missed her return call by 2 mins, and I have been trying to call back ever since and I either get the answering service or I am on hold for an eternity. This is a disgusting way to treat a patient.
The hold times are ridiculous like can someone please just answer a phone call I been on hold for over 20 minutes
I love Dr Mikheyeva, she is very caring and attentive. She did one procedure for me once, and she made me feel so comfortable and reassured. I recommended her to all my friends and they all loved her!
