The staff is very friendly and amazing very helpful one of the best in the neghborhood we love shopping at vitelios marketplace

Quality control is awful. Products are either already expired or about to expire. Even items that are supposedly still good are going bad when you open them up. That means they’re being stored improperly. I only shop here if I don’t have time to drive someplace else. Do better, Vitelio’s!

Sale prices are never correct at register. Prices are ridiculously high taking advantage of the neighborhood. None of my neighbors in the building shop there, Trader Joe’s is clean crash honest and organized with friendly staff. Avoid this place

Over priced. Sometimes, they cheat, price listed will be cheaper than they actually charge.
Be careful, it happened to many times.

Staff is always nice and helpful, but prices are high and produce is almost spoiled. Never last longer than 2/3 days, fruit is meh.
We do find there anything we need though and again workers are really nice.

Never ever buy berries from this store. They are always overpriced and 99% of the time rotten.

Terrific neighborhood grocery store in Richmond Hill, Queens. Offers lots of #latin #american products. Grade A fruits and vegetables, always fresh. About 20% more expensive than other groceries nearby. Nice staff. But don't let them catch without a mask! Lol

More than 3 times, the deli counter guy made me wait ~10 mins while he was on a personal phone call. With no one else on line. I will not go there anymore.

Nice grocery store. Prices are high but the quality is good. I always prefer to buy meat from here because of the quality.

The produce here can use a lot of work. Items are usually old, spoiled, extremely bruised, or on the way to spoiled. Things are priced pretty high so I only go if absolutely necessary. Oh and it's not just produce, I've had to return or throw out a few items that were very far past the expiration date. Not a terrible place, just not a great place.

Their ground beef along is $4.99 to $5.99 when the rest of the world sells at $2.49 tops. Their fruits are will rotten within a day. By far one of the worst and most expensive garbage supermarkets i have had the non pleasure to visit.

Love this local supermarket. They have fabulous fresh breads, a hugh variety of beers and rotisserie chicken is a delight

The food here is not that great. The prices are not what the price tag holds. If you can avoid any meat products, do so. Fruits are not really fresh. A lot of the items they get from bargains in bulk about to expired. The Health Department should pay them a visit

My new favorite market in the neighborhood- so glad I can find products I can easily find at Fairway or Whole Foods here.

Great selection. Prices are meh. And the people are pure professionals. Don't forget your bags. Plastic is the devil.
