Shopping with Kelly, David and Hans was a great, fabulous experience.
Although Kelly (who was always on top of things) was my lead person, David was always there to help with final tweaks and touches!

If you don’t meet their expected clientele profile, they will scoff at you. My sister in law and I both look younger than we are. We went in to shop for my wedding dress and it wasn’t until my sister in law told them it was for my wedding that they changed their condescending tone. Will never visit again.

Kelly is amazing. She understood that I wanted an understated but elegant outfit for my daughter's wedding. But she insisted that I also look beautiful. And the outfit was an absolute hit - everyone, including the bride, said that I looked beautiful (in voices of surprise, as they had never seen me look that way before).

I have been shopping at Vivaldi's for 3 years. I am very impressed with the quality of their clothes and custom fitting services. Kelly is an amazing associate and makes sure the clothing fits perfectly, attending to every detail.

I worked with Kelly for My Daughters wedding September of 2022 I had a dress but just was not comfortable with it. I sent Kelly a picture explaining what I didn’t like about it and she got me! I didn’t want to look matronly. I told her my favorite color was Emerald Green and Voila I had an elegant gown that fit me beautifully.
So when my son was getting married this last April she was the first one I called, she sent me pictures and colors and I chose the one I liked. Everyone at the wedding loved my lavender dress even more! If I ever need a special Dress for an important occasion I will be sure to call my friend Kelly at Vivaldi. I highly recommend her.

This is a wonderful store. The selection of merchandise is phenomenal. Something for everyone. The ability of their seamstresses to fit your item perfectly to your body is amazing. However, most important is that this would not be possible without Kelly. She is not just an outstanding sales person, she truly cares. She is purposeful in being sure that your are perfectly comfortable in the items you choose and does not hesitate to guide in a soft helpful way. She works tirelessly with the seamstresses to assure the fit is correct, often suggesting modifications that are more flattering. She know the business, loves her customers and love what she does. She absolutely beams when she dresses you your finished item and it is perfect! I was so happy with my gown that I returned and bought another. I was complimented for having the best dress at my son's wedding. The fit was perfect! I am truly delighted. Kelly is my rockstar!
