ViVi Bubble Tea, Brooklyn NY

This is a tiny cute little spot that has the friendliest people! The different teas are very good! And I enjoy their chicken bites quite a bit! I recommend stopping by if you're in the area! It's worth a visit.

Honestly an unpleasant visit the cashier was very rude. When I first walked in she was so upset because I was on the wrong side and had a huge attitude. The drink itself isn’t worth the money or trouble spent to make it.

Cashier is rude and mean. She should NOT serve people. Me and my daughter came to buy some bubble tea. She was 5 mins late and at 11: 40 she opened store with attitude. She was taking my order like I she was doing me a favor. No thank you, no smile, she put me in a terrible mood. I will never go back to that place again. Because of her

The cashier is always rude and have a bad additude, dgaf if ur having a bad day, don't reflect whatever on ur customurs.

This is probably the best boba tea shop I have ever went to and the best in New York. The Blue Glaxy, and Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea are the nest. I love that there is not only Boba but there are some delicious desserts. Definitely 5 stars.

A week ago Me and my friends came to get some food. First of all I have noticed people mentioning the rude cashier and I’d like to say that’s true. I didn’t hear what she was asking me so I asked her to repeat, so she repeated with an attitude. If anything I should be getting mad that I can’t hear anything she says, speak louder for gods sake. Now I am the type of person that hesitates, so I just told my self maybe I got it wrong. But then my friends asked something and they confirmed that they also got a bad attitude in return. They got the “leave me alone” vibe. Also the food took too long and the bobas are not the best in my opinion. Just not it.

I feel like with a lot of establishments, your experience will vary based on who is serving you that day including the kind of service and speed that you will receive your order. If you are lucky, you will get the girl who is often there who is very nice and kind and works quickly. Otherwise, you could end up dealing with part time workers who just have their backs turned to you most of the time and who are not quite as friendly - who won't greet you, won't even look at you, nor acknowledge a thing you said until they are telling you how much is due. Another issue that other customers seem to have here is the fact that not everybody seems to follow all the signs or guidelines about masks or social distancing. I was very disturbed that as large and spacious as this store was, I had several people bunched up literally within INCHES of me instead of respecting the 6 feet signs posted EVERYWHERE. That was incredibly uncomfortable, to say the least.
