ViVi Bubble Tea, Queens NY

Made me wait for a long time on my delivery that it had to be cancelled.it was a waste of my time. Almost 40minutes late, and I pushed back activities to wait.

Poor customer service my bubble tea was so nasty. I asked to exchange or refund and they refused. I will not be going back

Vivi has been such a wonderful experience. I have had some of the greatest tasting teas from this franchise. The workers are warm, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Jasmine Honey tea?

Had the matcha milk tea today didn't taste anything like matcha and wasn't sweet at all. I told the gentleman to make everything regular. Not sure if it is this particular store that just puts less matcha powder in their drinks. I've been to other vivis around the city and their drinks never disappoint in terms of flavor.was highly disappointed. Also the guy who took my money had a very condescending tone as if I wasn't able to pay for my drink.

They didn’t seal the drinks properly and they gave me the wrong order. Also their crystal bubbles taste awful and made me want to throw up

Love the tiramisu bubble tea and garlic popcorn chicken, very crunchy. Just make sure to say 60% sugar depending how much sugar you like.

Very yummy, quick service. You can't edit your sugar level so point off for that. But it's not overly sweet, it's drinkable and like I said, yummy. Bubbles are nice and chewy and soft at the same time.

This location is so different from the rest of vivi in the city! They have good popcorn chicken, boba tea and fish cakes! The staffs here are always friendly and attentive! Highly recommend!
