Best pharmacy in Sunset Park. A true "mom & pop shop" with great patient staff who approach every person with empathy and kindness. Can't recommend them enough. Better hours and service than the chains - go with VLS!

I'm giving 5 starts based on Customer Service. Jocelyn & staff have been wonderful to me! They are kind & patience & very understanding & most of all accommodating. The Pharmacist Mr. G.is awesome and very understanding as well. The compounding for my Rx had been a phenomenal experience with the exception of 3 of my Rx. Probably a misunderstanding but I know it's something that they can fix & make it right as they normally do. This is the only Compounding Pharmacy I truly like

My family has used VLS for many years. What I appreciate the most is when I have not been able to go pick up a prescription and they are kind enough to deliver it in person. It makes it so much easier for my parents.

Very bad service for a long time to give the medicine and their attitude towards the people who work is very arrogant and the medicine is not given completely. I do not recommend that pharmacy

The pharmacist knows me by name, although I'm just a face in the crowd. He even greets me by name just when I call on the phone and before I even have the chance to introduce myself. The pharmacist also knows my meds and my general needs and philosophy. I am always greeted, even when they are busy, which they always are. I never had to wait for too long. I have no idea what some of those bad reviews are about, as I've never seen any objectionable behaviors towards any customers.
