Terrible experience. I will never come back here. First, I made an appointment on Thursday, May 12th at 5: 45pm for a consult for a balayage and hair cut. I received a call back an hour later. She said that the appointment was actually not good for them and she asked if Saturday was ok. I said, Great! I love a weekend appointment! She said ok, we have 1: 15 or 4: 15. I said 4: 15.
I showed up on Saturday at 4: 15 and it turns out that she put me in for Friday at 4: 15. The person behind the counter said that the stylist, Alijia, was with someone, but that she would see me in ten minutes. I waited 20 and was told that the stylist took her next client, oops, and she’d see me when she’s done. I waited 45 minutes and told them I needed to leave. She just said, ok.

I did a big chop and shana did an amazing job. She discussed with me what I wanted and made some suggestions, and I got exactly what I wanted.

Tina is my colorist and she has been wonderful. My color always looks great; natural and not brassy. Tina is always accommodating.

Cassie cuts my hair and she too has been wonderful. She listens and knows what to do to make my hair look beautiful.
Highly recommend both stylist!

Dawn was amazing and I have found my new permanent stylist! She really listened, captured exactly what I wanted and styled it perfectly afterwards. On top of that just a really sweet person and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Dawn, she's incredible!

Saw Tina for a color correction. She gave a great consultation, listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on how to achieve the best color. My hair looks amazing! Tina is a true artist.

I've been going there for years now for various services and I have never been disappointed. Tina is amazing for color, Cassie excellent for women's cuts and blowouts and Rito has given cool and trendy haircuts to my son. Great atmosphere and centrally located.
