Well, at first everything was fine when we took our dog in for his “spa” (bath & nail trim). The last time we took him, all the kennels were full which wasn’t a problem until we got there to pick him up. He was in the back somewhere that took 10 minutes to retrieve him & bring him to my husband. He’s been TRAUMATIZED ever since! I don’t know what happened while he was there and we’ll never find out. We’re looking for a Better Groomer. NOT WRONG PLACE! I SAID THIS IN AN UPDATE THAT NO LONGER EXISTS! INTERESTING

The staff, i.e. Julie is exceptional! She cares for each of our 4 dogs like they are her family. We KNOW our dogs are Safe and healthy when in her care.
