Great family run company. They value their employees well. The software is amazing and they have good loyal customers that value Vai because of their high standards of customer relations.

Working for VAI provides unique, challenging opportunities to expand upon my talents. I appreciate being able to work remotely, and still be part of the team. So many employees have been with VAI for many years, which really speaks to the great work environment.

I really enjoy working at VAI. The company has good leadership and several long-term employees and managers. I prefer working for a small family-owned company rather than a large company. I am always given the opportunity to come up with new ideas and different ways of doing things. Pay is good and overtime hours are also paid which is nice. I work remotely but have worked from the NY and Orlando offices. Both are very nice work environments with nice and helpful people.

Great place to work. Stable, growing company that has managed to keep that 'family' feel. One of the first things I noticed, many employees have been around for years/decades, which is a good sign.

What I really like - challenging work, flexible schedule, knowledgeable staff willing to freely share that knowledge with newbies, competitive hourly pay with options to work overtime (and actually get paid for it), weekly pay - which was a 1st for me.

What I had to adjust to - tracking time spent in detail and entering timesheets, as hours are billable to customers.another 1st for me.

What would be nice - 401k match (afterall, that's like free money). Lower health care premiums - must be a NY thing. I don't live or work in NY.

Overall, great company to work for. As a 'more seasoned' individual, I can see myself hanging on until retirement.

VAI works through multiple teams to ensure each ERP module is optimized for their clients. Whether a system application needs to work in HQ, on the warehousing floor, with shippers and banks, the VAI ERP software delivers exceedingly well. I highly recommend their products and services.
