Went in person to get quotes for auto/home. Took down my info, went 2 days before I heard back from them asking to verify VIN on one of my cars which I did, then never heard from again. It’s been almost month, Never even got any quotes. I’m not bending over backward to give them business if this is how it goes. I’ll looks elsewhere

I’m a senior. I’ve had many insurance agents over the years. The service and attention to detail here is the best I’ve ever experienced. Janna is a gem.
